First pair of shoes sent out were too small, they didn't want them returned but sent a new larger pair which are fine.

AVOID Shoes purchased cheap wrong sizing more a 3 than a 5 and the buckle is a flap there is no buckle. Company very resistant to refund after 3 or 4 emails they offered me £15 to keep them. I declined then they said to semd them to Canada and I wiuld have to pay shipping The shoes were £49.99. I opened a case with PayPal. They sent a uk address for full refund , now are sating they will deduct £10 for admin...I have escalated case and have provided more evidence. This company is a scam avoid avoid avoid

My wife ordered slippers with a free insole. The slippers were defective in quality and sizing. a 37 was the size of a 36. On one pair the upper had come away from the sole. The order took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. When my wife asked for a refund she was asked if she wanted to accept £20.00 and keep the slippers. We declined and stated clearly the good were defective and wanted a full refund. After multiple emails trying to get us to accept £20.00 and keep the goods an abrupt email was sent 'instructing' us to return to an address in the midlands at our own cost despite being defective. We were told that the company would deduct a fee for the return. We had to agree to a reduced refund before the company would agree to a refund. We are still waiting for the refund since 4th December, despite multiple emails and replys that say the refund will be processed shortly. This company has a number of different email addresses for providing customer support. This company does not abide by UK trading laws. Had to get the credit card company to raise dispute to get money refunded.

Their website says easy returns but that’s totally incorrect. They have been very resistant to providing returns info, are deducting a “handling fee” of £9 which is not stated in their returns policy, they’re not paying for return postage. Clearly in breach of UK distance selling regulations. They’re based in Vancouver so I’ve opened a complaint with their local trading standards equivalent. I feel totally scammed.

I would give it NO stars if this site would let me. This company are absolutely abysmal! As so many reviews are negative and the company are obviously skirting round British laws why oh why are Trading Standards allowing this? I am still waiting for a refund since Oct 7th and they want to deduct 'handling fee' despite advertising a FULL refund. Another Chinese company peddling crap!

The shoes are cheap Chinese crap and are not as advertised orthopaedic. They do not accept returns or refunds. After battling for 2 months for 2 pairs of shoes, they came up with every response under the sun to not refund me - going past legal requirements in the UK.

Slow to send the item in the first place, poor quality slippers when they did arrive, then when they didn't fit they were reluctant to accept a return and refund. Sent the shoes back recorded delivery and still waiting for my refund. Terrible service. Very disappointed and would NEVER order from them again.

Unfortunately the size i ordered for mt mum was too small, so I contacted Orthoserene to request the next size up and they sent to me no questions asked. Brilliant service, and my mum loves her super comfortable shoes

I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. Have been trying to return goods and get a refund, so far with no success. Claims on website are downright lies. You apparently have to pay postage to return, and they state they will charge an unspecified handling fee. At this stage I have no idea whether I'll get my refund or not. Avoid this bunch at all costs.

Please do not use this company. Returns refused, refund refused. They are Chinese based not Uk based. I have lost money.

Avoid this company as they are scammers who try to steal your money.
I am still waiting for a refund and I've now contacted my bank to arrange for a chargeback.

The website is quite convincing that they are UK based company with quality goods the reality is anything but.

Slow delivery because clearly they're not coming from the UK communication and when the slippers actually reach you they are poor quality and not at all orthopedic.

Save yourself money and effort, walk away.

Avoid - they are a bunch of scammers. The shoes are so poorly made and the returns information on the website is just nonsense - they are trying to charge me an unspecified 'handling fee' for returning faulty shoes. Pretend they are based in London but in fact China.

This company is absolutely appalling. Products are so bad, clearly not made as described. I’ve been waiting for a full refund for weeks after returning them at my own cost. Many email exchanges with the so called “support” line trying to palm me off. I’ve now started a complaint with my bank to get my £70 back and will go to the small claims court if necessary. Total fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a scam and like many others i should have checked the reviews first. I have not received a refund after two months. I returned inappropriate sized goods back to a warehouse and have been in an email exchange since - maybe AI generated? It is wholly unsatisfactory.

Shoes were terrible quality. Asked for refund and was offered a token amount. They then refused to accept return which was sent to them. Avoid this company at all costs.

On No account should you buy from this company.
They will accept the order, but will send out wrong items. When you complain under customer rights they will suggest a replacement for £10 postage. When you request a refund they agree and provide a return location, an extra postage fee you have to pay. I tracked my package, they received it, but have I got my money back, NO!
They have my slippers I’ve got nothing.

The worst experience I have ever had. Usual tactics from companies based outside the UK in terms of offering refunds that are way below the actual purchase price.
I have emailed them over 2 months. No refund.
