Purchased Willow Relaxed jean in usual size 10 (sometimes an 8). They remind me of men's jeans. Very blokey style. Fitted well around waist and hips but that's where the pleasure ended. The legs were built for giants in length and circumference. Quite horrible on. Returning these and discovered a (return handling fee which is not disclosed on their returns policy online) - COPIED HERE: Eligibility

Any items found to be worn, damaged or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for refunds which is facilitated through our portal. COST $20 to return locally instead of the usual cost to return items from online (normally $9.95 - $11.95). Paying this company about $10 to "restock" is nonsense when buying online as returns are inevitable particularly buying for the first time. I would not recommend buying from this company given their sneaky returns cost. BTW - they tried to persuade me to have a store credit and offered about $35 - might have been worth it had they had anything else nice online but it's all really blokey stuff.

Returns incur $20 processing fee. This is ridiculous and a perfect way to lose a first time customer who now won’t shop again.

Lovely fabrics, great jeans. Everything washes well. I reach for my ORTC stuff often.

Rubbish returns policy. Ordered online, they were too small. Actually drove to their store on the Parade and couldn’t return them, have to do it via the post. Online return is convoluted and not user friendly, comes up with an error code. Simplify it!

Customer services is always so helpful and quick to reply. In both experiences with exchanges they have been fantastic.

I was really excited to tryout ortc mens swimtrunks. I ordered and payed for these well over a month ago and still have not received them. Be aware of this company looks like they do not deliver.

$20 fee to return, so you better like it... a clear over reach on consumer liability. I have never been charged a fee to return unless it was standard postage and stated prior. I purely opted the choice to return as they offer you more store credit to not return - 100% not a trusted store or consumer protected site. In fact, they should be reviewed by consumer protection based on this. I'm surprised by the other positive reviews and this may add more to why they should be reviewed.

Or you could allow free returns and refunds as every other online purchasing store within an appropriate time frame and with tags still attached. Charging $20 for a refund locks in the consumer to your product and that is not protecting the consumer and honouring your "overwhelming feedback of other consumers". That is guaranteeing a profit with every online purchase.

Dress arrived and clearly was not a size 10. Fit was closer to a 14. When I applied for a refund, got an error so followed up by email. When Customer service responded, was essentially told I’d have to pay for the return from UAE to Australia myself! As an Aussie living overseas and trying to support Australian companies, the whole experience was one huge disappointment. The dress was $180 plus postage, so feeling incredibly ripped off by this terrible company. Will not buy from this company again!

Amazing quality. I've worn my lounge wear season after season and it's still my go to. The returns policy is really straightforward and the free instant exchanges makes shopping online so much easier! A loyal customer, for sure!
