Original Pajamas is a fraudulent, unethical company. They have unacceptable customer service. The products are misrepresented in their photos and descriptions. They use other companies photos and descriptions and send out absolute junk in its place. Don’t waste your time or money even browsing their website. You will not get what you think you ordered and you will not get a refund. I was duped by this company and it is my own fault for not reading reviews.

Don't Buy! Crappy product, long delivery and worse customer service. Nothing but a Chinese SCAM!

I am shocked by what I received in the mail. After waiting over a month to get my order, which was described as a Coordinated Two-Piece Outfit that includes a long-sleeve top and matching pants with a denim-inspired print, and the material—made of a polyester blend (according to standard supplier information)—was appalling in itself. But the fact that the materials didn't even match closely—they aren't even the same color or style—and that the material is so gross, beyond any polyester blend I have ever seen or felt before, just pushes this to the worst purchase I have ever made!!!! It's unwearable as the materials are clearly a fire hazard, literally they would melt onto your body, but it's also unbreathable and cheap, cheap, cheap. This company should be ashamed of themselves for their misrepresentation. I want to make sure a review is available to other people who have been duped by your company!!!

Wish I had thought to check reviews before buying. Order a specific item for a Christmas gift and only wanted that one particular item as it showed available. Of course they send a completely different one. If i had wanted something different i would have ordered it... Anyway, then after 2 weeks of emails, with several of them being the same comments back, like it's a standard reply. For one, they should have contacted to see if you were happy to receive a different one being they were now out of the original i ordered. They finally offer 10% off if I wanted to keep the item. More of a hassle to ship it back. So another lesson learned.

Should've researched the company here first!!
Received the order. Returning for the following reasons:
1) Material is grossly cheap and feel is that of a dollar store plastic rainsuit. Wife didn't even try on. Item received is completely misrepresented on website and social media ads.
2) Ordered as a Christmas gift on 12/13. Didn't ship until January 3 and received on January 8 or 9, nearly 4 weeks later. Your processing and shipping times are way too long.

Please reply return instructions. (You could also make returning items more customer friendly. To require customer to send an email is good for your return rate, bad for customer service and satisfaction.)

Do I have to give them even one star?! They deserve zero! Agree with everyone that it is a scam. Site does not mention items are coming from China. Arrived WAY after I needed the items. No longer needed items once they arrived and was told to ship the $60 of clothing to China with tracking which would cost $60. What a joke. Do not buy from them. I was in a hurry to find an outfit for my daughter's concert and didn't read the reviews. Wish I had.

The worst! I saw some cute Grinch Pajamas at Target but they were all sold out. So I went online to see if I could buy them elsewhere . Sure enough this website popped up and had the same exact pajamas, score!! Well yeah no. I waited a long time for these to arrive and once they did they were a huge disappointment. Cotton sweatshirt and pant set but cheap polyester , it’s clear to see that they simply scanned Target’s original print and then just printed it on. So there’s no dimensions to the print and the images are grainy. This is probably one of the worst items I’ve ever purchased online. Their excuse was that they recently moved their operations to China and that shipping is very expensive, so I could
Send it back at my own expense , or I could keep the item with a 20% discount ( absolutely not - I don’t want to keep them even if they were free) or they can give me a gift card 50% of the value of the item to use on another item in their store. Why would I want something else from their store at this point. This company sells extremely subpar,
Copied items - falsely advertising them and then gets you with their “expensive return shipping “ on the consumer dime. This is a loose loose for a customer all around. Do not shop with this company!!

My order never shipped as item apparently wasn't even in stock when I placed order which I was never notified of.
Now that I have requested the order be canceled, I am told my only option is to select another item of equal value. My last correspondence about that they have no item of any value to me to be selected.
So this company has had my money for nearly a month and I have nothing.
1/9/26 update: Order is canceled and money refunded.

Ordered on December 6th 2025. Today is January 3rd 2026 and I am now trying to prove that the USPS "lost" my shipment which never arrived, even though their obviously fake shipping website says it was delivered with bogus tracking information.

This company is a scam, attempting to funnel currency with fake product and impossible customer service demands.

Trick me once, shame on you.

Purchased pajamas as a Christmas gift. Took a while but because I ordered early, they arrived in time. However, they do not fit and now I am trying to return. Emailed and was told to send pictures with tag. I did so, but no response. Sent 3 more pictures...no response. Tried to call number on website and they do not work. Scam...

Like many other reviews, I ordered 2 pair on December 8 2025. December 15 I reached out to cancel this as it would not arrive on time. Got an email December 17 stating it was ready to ship. I tried again to cancel and it was not responded to. The package arrived from China Dec 29. We are not happy. We ordered a medium, and this is cut so small. Put in a request for return and refund, Dec 29, they replied back Dec 30 that I need to send back to China, with a NOTE TO PUT A SMALL DECLARED VAULE, as they will not accept if they have to pay actual declared value.
Please be aware you'll be dealing with a Company in China with the worst customer service. We are not happy and will let as many people know to stay away as we can. This could have been resolved by just canceling.

I ordered these pajamas on Dec 6.
The email said there were processing.
I have emailed and called and no response.
I was going to used them for Christmas well now i had to get something else!
And i am out the$42 i paid.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service

I ordered overalls that I intended to use as a costume for a performance. I had to order from Amazon instead because these took a month to arrive. After I received them, I wanted to return them because I didn't even want to keep them for my own personal use. My options for return were to 1. Pay for shipping back to China (costing around $20) or 2. Receive 20% of my total refunded back to me, and keep the product. I opted for option 2 because I did not want to pay for shipping, wait for the product to arrive at their warehouse, wait for them to review, wait for them to issue a refund. I thought the 20% back was at least something. It's been 3 months and the only reply back that I receive is "your request has been sent to the Accounting team for review. Thank you for your patience"

I don't expect I will receive my $12 back. And now I have these overalls that I don't even like. So, no do not purchase from this website.

While the softness and quality of the pajamas are both great, their sizing is considerably off the norm. I purchased a size extra large. What came was a pair of pajamas labeled extra large but in fact appear to be a small size. Additionally, they shrunk even smaller after washing. I’ve been dealing with customer service for several days. My options were to return the pajamas for a 15% refund or keep the pajamas and receive a 25% gift card for next purchase. They pointed out that I would have to pay the return shipping to China to receive a full refund. They also mentioned that the shipping would no doubt be more than the cost of the pajamas.
Not once have they addressed the problem with sizing. I would encourage you to steer clear from ordering anything for this company.

I ordered a robe on 08/18/2025 & got it on 09/04/2025, although I did not get a notification of my purchase via email which was worrisome. But the robe was good quality & did arrive in a adequate time from China to the US.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The tracking says my lackage was delivered but it wasn’t. They want me to reach out to USPS, but there is no updated tracking once it entered the US so they can’t track it. I have 36 emails going back and forth. They respond with the same generic reaponse and tell mmy request will get escalated, but them they close the ticket and it starts all over.

Where to begin. First of all, the pajamas took over a month to arrive. Came from China — not domestic. Secondly, they are absolutely nothing like what was advertised…like not even close. I ordered, or so I thought, 100% cotton. These are 100% polyester. I absolutely do not recommend this vendor. Take your business elsewhere.

I ordered pajama bottoms in May. It is now late July and I haven’t received them even though tracking says they were received. I’ve asked repeatedly where the delivery was made and I’ve gotten no answer. Additionally, I’ve ordered an abstract cat pajama set for my daughter and what was delivered was Pooh bears instead of cats. I contacted the company and at that time they did respond to me and sent another pair which were exactly the same Pooh bear pair that they sent before. So I’m thinking that there’s not a lot of English spoken, giving them the benefit of the doubt. I don’t expect to receive a refund or even an answer about where on the Earth my two pajama pants are or even a refund at this point I will cut my losses and never ever ever order from them again.
