This company is a sham company! I ordered the compression socks and within 3 hours I received 10 text messages and 5 emails wanting me to order more stuff. They say you need both phone number and email to get shipping updates. Then before they even process your order they flood your work day with notifications to buy more stuff. I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered from them. What a waste of time and effort to help my disabled mother!

I ordered "3 Pairs Compression Socks For Men". They are great socks and I am happy with them. The only issue is they come from China, so there is a delay from ordering time to actual receipt of shipment. But otherwise the socks are great. If you're not in a hurry (it takes 3 weeks), I would recommend Plantar socks.

I ordered Merino Wool hiking socks. I received socks that were 88% cotton, 18% nylon, 2% spandex. ZERO wool. After contacting the company, they wanted me to pay to ship the product back to China at my cost. This company is a scam. Do not buy from this company!!!

Ordered compression socks arrived. But they are not compression socks, they are tiny ankle socks!!! Contacted customer support-what a joke. Yes, a refund can be had but I need to ship the package to china and after inspection, a refund may be had minus a re-stocking fee. This is really a criminal Chinese company...avoid at all costs!

These socks could not possibly be more uncomfortable for a person with diabetic neuropathy and plantars fasciitis which was supposed to be what they were made for. They must have paid about .04 cents per pair in China because they are really cheap and so rough they actually hurt my feet even more than usual.

Ordered a pair of cold therapy socks; weeks later I received a different type of socks in the mail (no packing slip). I immediately contacted the company about a replacement or refund, including a photo of the item I had received, and was told that the item I ordered was no longer available so they had shipped something else. Weeks later, we are still going back and forth about a refund (they initially offered a 50% off voucher or 20% refund to my card); meanwhile the socks I had initially ordered are still shown as in stock on their website. Responses take DAYS to come back. Ordered the item on June 2, it is now July 22. Totally unacceptable and I’m extremely frustrated.

I ordered a pair of Balega Hidden Comfort running socks from this website. The pictures looked genuine, the description was just like the Balega brand and multiple pictures showed Balega branding. What I received was a pair of cheap, thin, generic socks with a Chinese label. They didn’t even look similar to the design I ordered. Basically junk, dollar store socks. I am in the process of trying to get a return shipping label and a refund but hopes are low. If The issue is resolved I will be happy to amend my review.

I ordered a six pack of ankle high pastel color compression socks six pack 3 weeks later. What arrived? Not only was it not a ankle high but they were fluorescent color. No show. I asked for a shipping label to return back and what I got was oh we have now moved to China. We can only offer a 10% refund or a 50% gift card. Well why would I ever want to buy from them again so they have not budged and the cheapest I can find to ship back to them is $15 for a $25 pair. Do not waste your money!

I ordered sports socks from this company and was sent different socks, their response sounds great in that they would send me the correct socks but after three weeks I sent an email and received a offer of 10% discount, they advertise a range they don't fully stock and send you any socks, not the first time Ihave been scammed by a Chinese company

I ordered socks on 30/03/2025 and I still haven’t received them. I tracked the item and it says that it is still at Customs, requiring an ‘entry permit’, since 21st April. I have tried emailing the email provided, but have not received any answer. I think this is a scam!
I do however, receive multiple emails and texts offering me discounts on further orders.

I ordered non-binding neuropathy socks that are supposed to be loose-fitting. The socks I received were the exact opposite -- very tight fitting. The company offered me only 20% off if I kept them, otherwise I would have to return them all the way to China at my expense for a full refund. It would have cost $180 to return $40 worth of socks. They are crooks who advertise false product descriptions. Don't shop here!!

The company won’t send me the address to return the shoes that aren’t the size I ordered. Phone number rings busy.

It s been almost a month I ordered those socks. They make you feel your order from the united state but they are from china.the tracking number is fake and I feel I will never get them.

Update: Finally received my Christmas socks on January 15th. NO communication from the company after multiple email and phone calls (phone number is also a scam because it's just a constant busy signal), they just showed up. Tracking number was different than the one provided. Even if these were the best socks ever made (which they are not), I do not recommend this company because their customer service is the WORST! 01/16/2025 SCAM!!!! Ordered these socks, including Christmas socks, on December 8th. They took my money on December 8th. Still no socks and now I am going to see about how to contest the charge for a full refund. I have sent MULTIPLE emails that have gone unanswered and Shop.com is also not answering emails about this order.

Still waiting on my order from over a month ago!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS A CHINESE SCAM!!!!

Compression socks were fantastic. Thought it would take 15 days to receive them & got them in 9.
