To be honest i dont know if im coming or going with this company.my order has been lost by Evri.i contacted the company.i got an answer saying the item has to be returned to amazon and i have to send the order number to them before i get my refund.i cant send a package when i did not receive it in the first place.disgraceful treatment of customers.

We’re genuinely sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused.
Here’s what happened and what we’re doing to fix it—fast:
Why our first reply mentioned returning the item to Amazon
– The order ID you quoted in your first message corresponds to a purchase from July 2023 (two years ago), which Amazon itself packed and shipped. For those “Fulfilled by Amazon” orders, Amazon’s own returns process applies, so that’s why we initially directed you back to them.
The parcel that’s actually missing
– We now realise you are referring to your 6 June 2025 order that Evri collected on 9 June and has not yet delivered. You absolutely do not need to return anything you never received, and we apologise for ever giving that impression.
What we’re doing right now
– We have already escalated a “missing parcel” search with Evri.
– If Evri can’t locate the package quickly, we’ll issue a full refund—no return required.
– Either way, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Once again, we’re truly sorry for the mix-up and appreciate your patience as we put this right.

I ordered 2 boxes of hand towels. Received 1. Thought the 2nd would separate, and didn’t Contacted the company via email countless times, no response, ignored.

Hand towels
After placing my order, I was lead to believe delivery would happen within 3-4 days. When this did not happen I contacted the company, then everything changed. They told me what the issue was, and from then on they acted rapidly to have my order delivered. Also for the inconvenience they offered me a discounted which could be applied to my current order, or next order. This was greatly appreciated. I would definitely purchase from them again.

cheapest pizza boxes i've found
pizza boxes arrived quickly , slightly lower quality than ones i have been using but they do the job and bit better to recycle .
Might need a bit more packaging / covering when posting in case raining when delivered
