My package said unable to deliver so…
My package said unable to deliver so called Orange packaging and was told they would redeliver next day, they didn't. Called today could not get through. Totally disappointed in this company 😡

Delivery was quick and well tracked. An issue with a missing item was resolved swiftly and without doubt.

Good quality product, 10% welcome discount doesn’t work
We ordered hand paper and the product was very good quality, delivery was good. Overall good experience, however the welcome 10% discount code didn’t work for the first order which was a shame!

I was wanting Z fold paper towels and they had them at a reasonable price. Unfortunately they sent toilet rolls instead but within 2 days of my making a phone call to them about their mistake, the correct item had been delivered.
I've not used the towels yet but as they told me to keep the toilet rolls, I have tried one of those and they are decent quality.
