A brilliant place to train to become a life coach!
Always available if needed. Passionate, professional and caring about each individual. I am now a diploma level certified coach.

If you want to truly transform your life then this is the place for you. The quality of the training, the sense of community and being part of a cohort in which I have made so many connections and friends has been a life changing experience. The support and mentoring throughout is the best. I am so grateful to Ruth and the rest of the team for the impact this has made on my life, leading me to leave my corporate career to following my purpose and setting up my own coaching business.

The Optimus course and the guys are absolutely fantastic! Crystal, Faye, Jackie (I hope I haven’t missed anyone) and of course RUTH!! Everything and everyone exceeded my expectations. The pace, teaching, and course leaders were all Goldilocks level just right. The content was very practical, informative and interesting. The instructors and coach mentors are all inspiring, empathetic, and engaging, yet so professional too… and this wasn’t professional in an overly corporate or stuffy way either, as I also found myself so relaxed and comfortable throughout. I learned so much from them. Optimus were great at bringing together our coaching cohort too - there are many from my cohort I’ll continue to stay in touch with and learn from, which really added to my overall experience. Lastly, there is a real community feel and so much support you can take advantage of outside of the specific coaching course - they really do go out of their way to help you and your business succeed. If you want to be a coach, but you’re on the fence about Optimus-just don’t be, book it…you really won’t regret it!

Optimus is like a big hug that envelopes the whole of you.  I feel like they have been there with me through each step of my coaching journey so far and I know that they will continue to be there for me even after graduation.  If you want training to become a coach I would recommend Optimus every time.

The journey with Optimus has shaped not only the coach I am becoming, but the person I continue to evolve into. The learning didn't only come from the amazing trainers presenting valuable content - it came from the learning environment they each created. Their willingness to be real and share their own journeys, have a laugh with us, and hold space with compassion is what really sets them apart. It saddens me that I won't see them every Tuesday evening anymore, but I'm so excited to share my progress with them, and stay in touch.

Training with Optimus was one of the best decisions I've made and it was truly transformative. The in-depth teaching by brilliant trainers gave me a thorough grounding in what great coaching looks like and how to be present with clients, as well as giving me the confidence to find my own style as a coach. I couldn't recommend the programme highly enough!

From the initial call with Ruth, Optimus was exactly what I needed to start my journey as a coach. I have felt supported every step of the way, and am blown away by the alumni support. The focus on neuroscience was a big pull for me in choosing this particular course, and it exceeded my expectations.

A really well designed course, filled with brilliant coaches / trainers / mentors. Ruth, Donna, Crystal and the others are all excellent and lovely people.
I've made some really strong connections from my cohort that could well turn into lifelong friends.

Happy to recommend Optimus to anyone looking for an ICF accreditation course.

Optimus and the team are fabulous, super professional, up there as the best. You are in safe hands to learn the skill of coaching in real depth so that you can feel fully confident in being able to transform other people's lives and make the difference you want. Go for it. It's a great investment.

I wanted a course which would get me ICF accreditation and I found that and a lot more with Optimus.

By the end of the course, I had all the requirements to apply for ICF accreditation, as well as the knowledge and confidence to launch my own coaching business, and a real feel for the sort of coach I wanted to be.

I knew how my coaching sessions should be structured and had a full array of tools and techniques to assist my clients in those sessions.

Optimus provided me with the full package to realise my goal of making coaching my new life.

One of the best upskilling experience decision I have made in my 2 decades old career, is to enroll for this Coaching training. Optimus team is really supportive and took us through this learning journey in such a thoughtful way. Thanks Ruth and team.

Highly rate this coaching academy. So much is included in the fees ( mentoring, business hub, alumni support ) and the team and course content is excellent! Met a wonderful group of people and I’m so glad I embarked on this journey :)

I attended the Professional Level Diploma course at the Optimus Coach Academy, and it was an incredible experience! The study materials are exceptionally comprehensive, offering a wealth of resources, including some fantastic books that really enrich the learning process.
The structure of the course is particularly beneficial, featuring a blend of group mentoring, individual mentoring sessions, and ample opportunities for coaching practice, all accompanied by constructive feedback. What has surprised me the most is how much the course encourages self-reflection, it isn't just about learning techniques to assist clients, but also about personal growth.
The trainers are amazing, supportive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. I truly appreciate their approach and expertise. Additionally, my cohort is fantastic, I feel a genuine connection with my peers, and I’m delighted to have made some lasting friendships. We’ll definitely be keeping in touch!
Overall, attending this course has been the best decision I could have made, and I cannot recommend the Optimus Coach Academy highly enough. If you’re considering a coaching qualification, this is the place to be!

The coaches were excellent, i loved the structure of the course, I learnt so much. I couldn’t be happier with Optimus, thank you ever so much!

I was already coaching before I undertook my Associate qualification with Optimus, and I feel like the course has truly elevated my coaching practice. I can't speak highly enough of the mentors, the material that is shared with us, the resources, and the wonderful network I have started to build. I feel like a much more confident and qualified coach, and I can't wait to see what's next for all of us.

I had such a great learning experience doing my ACC course with Optimus. Everyone on the course (peers and trainers) were all so lovely and made doing the course even more enjoyable.

This course suited me perfectly as I'm a busy mum of 2 and also work full time, there was never any pressure to do any more than the 3hrs of study each week which was the online lesson - and if you had time to do more then great but it wasn't a must. Also, this course was great for me as there were no written assignments/journals needed - if like me you find written work challenging then this is another reason to study with Optimus.

If you're looking at becoming a life coach I would highly recommend Optimus to train with!

From the start I felt like I was in a safe space with the lovely team of trainers supporting all the way. It has been a period of growth and a gaining of confidence for me and I appreciate the whole process and what I have learnt. Thank you Optimus

Enrolled for the Associate Coach diploma. The course strikes the right balance between practical and theory. Appreciated the amount of resources we get access to through the learning portal as well. The trainers themselves are clearly experts and take their craft seriously - exactly what's needed to bring the learning experience to life, as they do so well.

I was completely new to the coaching space but the knowledge, energy and enthusiasm of the Optimus Coach Academy trainers completely won me over. In addition to learning how to become a coach, the process made me have an honest look at myself and helped me grow as an individual. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is even mildly interested in coaching. Many Thanks Optimus!

The course facilitators at Optimus are outstanding! Investing in this course—and ultimately in myself—was a great decision. The growth I've experienced has been incredible, and the training has given me a solid foundation for my continued development as a coach.
