Optimalbathrooms

Fantastic from start to finish. Absolutely love what the guys done I my tiny bathroom. Lee and his squad were brilliant down to earth and honest. Cleaned up after themselves every night. Would highly recommend

***** What a Transformation to my Bathroom!
Just had my Bathroom completed and WOW we are so over the moon. The Service was effortless from start to finish and I can’t recommend Optimal Bathrooms enough. The fitters were exceptional and an absolute pleasure to have in my house. If you’re looking for a quality finish and workmanship to the highest of standards then don’t go anywhere else.

I approached Andy through FB link. He contacted me next day and agreed to come and see us next day. That was really quick, had a good chat with him and he gave really generous quote same time and also gave us nice ideas on what can be best for our bathroom. Installation date agreed after two weeks and Mic and Steve did really great job. I can’t thank them enough for the work they did on our bathroom. I will definitely go back to them for my next project very soon. Many thanks.

Excellent company what they said I would get
My new bathroom is far superior and a 5* star hotel

Highly recommended company done a fantastic job every was done professionally and completed in 3 days and delighted with the result.

So many bathroom companies to choose from so was really overwhelmed at first. I chose these guys after I saw my friends new bathroom. They did not disappoint. Absolutely love my new en-suite. Will be getting Tam & Joe back to do my main bathroom in the new year.

We are delighted with our new bathroom. Quote visit excellent, options explained clearly and short wait for fitting. Minor issues (wrong colour cabinets) rectified same day. Fitter very courteous, friendly and professional, and a great quality finish. I would use this company again. Thanks Andy and Scott!

Great service from optimal from start to finish, contacted them for a survey and was completed the following week wishing 3 days and workers went above and beyond and made sure the even hoovered up after me telling them to leave it

10/10 highly recommend 👍

2 weeks 3 days from quote, delivery, fitting, old bathroom removal. Cannot praise service etc. enough and now have a beautiful modern extremely well-finished completely new bathroom.
Not just happy with results ECSTATIC

Guys came out, no nonsense, no hard sell. Picked what I wanted and a few weeks later the job was done. Was more than happy with the job. Couple of wee snags a month later and it was no big issue. Guy came out and fixed the lot. No hassles. Can't ask for much more than that. Forget the negative reviews. Can't fault the service or workmanship.

Agreed a date for them to come out and give a quote. They didn’t turn up, ignored my phone call and messages and then blocked me. Good grief

I just made contact with these to pop out and have a look at the mess Campbell and Alister's crew made of our room in February 13th 2023. They are definitely nothing to with Campbell,Alister or the terrible tradestyle bathroom shambles. They sat us down gave us an honest opinion and we have decided to give them the go ahead so hopefully a good riddance to Campbell,Alister and tradestyle bathroom I also see that tradestyle Bathroom i sharing the same address in Kirkcaldy with Nova bathrooms!!!! So watch who you deal with folks

I buy bathroom and very happy. Fast, quality and budget ok. Thank

We've been dealing with different renovation companies over the years and this is one of the best. They came explained how it worked and delivered on time and within budget. Everything from start to end was done perfectly. I'm not sure what the link with other mentioned companies is, but Optimal Bathrooms are absolutely fantastic

We decided to try optimal this time for our second bathroom.
Service was amazing from start to finish. They definitely know how to run the job. Nothing was too much hassle and we are over the moon with our metro tile bathroom. Rubbish was collected Saturday morning. Definitely recommend.

Just had my bathroom done. Excellent from start to finish. Great customer service and a superb fit. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. A new company but you will be amazed at how good they are.

you done my bathroom in glasgow and made a balls up of it no contact from anyone blocked off the page and never speak to me I already sent you a letter from trading standards and next im going to the court

This lot are definitely tradestyle bathrooms reincarnated. They ripped off my mum who had to get another company in to fix everything they messed up. She had a mark appear on her living room ceiling from water coming under the bath. We thought it was going to fall in. The old bathroom sat at the side of her house for weeks before they came for it. A woman in my work had optimal bathrooms out and it looks like your fitter mike is the one going to houses as well to price the jobs. Told her to keep well clear! You should get someone to get them out and be there. Do not buy a bathroom from them.

This is Tradestyle Bathrooms under a new name. This must be the 4 th name in 6 months. Don’t part with a penny. Look up tradestyle bathrooms. They half fitted a bathroom for me and I have never heard from them again. I have been left with a big bill and terrible work. Can’t get hold of Mike the fitter or anyone at the company. I have been blocked. I have posted about tradestyle and optimal bathrooms on my Facebook and instagram and I hope everyone else does the same. They are discussing. They have ripped off hundreds of people.
