The binocular lens caps I’d bought proved to be the wrong size and a replacement was quickly and helpfully provided.

Order was done very quickly, delivery was extremly fast had slight problem with eyepiece but a short phone call problem sorted and missing part arrived the next day.I have had Opticron products for some years now and i can not fault the quality of their products would recomend to anyone needing optical equipement.

Great Service
I have a pair Opticron 8 x 42 Discovery WP binoculars which I have had for well over 10 years and which are well out of warranty. I lost one of the tiny brass screws that allow the eyecups to rotate. I contacted Opticron and had great service from both Garin at Sales and Sarah at the Service Centre and Sarah sent me a few of the screws without charge. I was able to fit the screw and the bins are fully functional again.
