Good website, good price and delivery. I’ve had a small pair of Opticron binoculars for 40 years and they still work brilliantly not even waterproof but no fungus.
Just hope these new pair last as long .New pair are brilliant clear bright and great with spectacles.
The feel well made box never been opened new of the shelf and thank you for your service.

I bought a pair of binoculars from Opticron 4 years ago and they have been excellent. I wanted a different strap so emailed support and got a reply within a day recommending two options.
I was really impressed with the service when I originally bought the binoculars but the best test of a company is when you contact them later for support/help - 10/10 for Opticron. Highly recommended.

I lost the small stop buckle on the strap of my binoculars which meant that the strap kept coming loose. I contacted Opticron and was delighted when Sarah kindly sent me a replacement stop out in the post (which arrived today) along with another spare one, all free of charge. Excellent binoculars and even better customer service. Thanks very much!

Delivered to NI 2 days after ordering. There was a rubber washer missing from the eyepiece stopping it from fitting properly but Lauren got one sent out and received the next day. Great service!

Some time ago, I bought Vortex Baby Razor for my portable gear and I believed it was the best it can get. Then came Opticron with MM4 60 and SDLv4 lens. Ate it, didn't even barf...

I know all brands of optics tell you, that the whole spectrum of magnification is clear and usable. And then you find the soapy blur at the maximum... Opticron are for real about it. 45x and almost perfect clarity and focus. Super usable!

The product was as described and it arrived, well packaged and in good time. When I phoned for assistance I was dealt with efficiently and politely.

Bought this to replace a harness I bought at the Bird Fair years ago. The old one strap fittings did not fit my mirror les Canon R7. New one fits fine and supports my ef100-400 mm comfortably. (perhaps a extra 6mm on the shoulder strap width would make it marginally better for big lenses)

One disappointment: I failed to notice that the product-description of monocular DBA VHD 10×42 had mentioned that it came included with felcro protective case, so in the same order I ordered a seperate protective case. This was totally surplus to need as unknowningly one was already included with the monocular. Won't put me off shopping again or recommending. I've learnt a lesson to thoroughly spend more time to examine fully the online product description before completing my purchase.
Delivery was impressively rapid and safe, excellent service.
