Terrible terrible company.
I applied for the 150$ gift card using the government issued dental plan and I was denied because apparently they dont accept it..... meanwhile someone I know also applied using the same friggen dental plan and got accepted!?!?!? So i have no idea what ceiteria they are basing it on but that in my books is unfair.
And i tried to contact them in regards and nobody ever got back to me.

Very helpful super attentive to my needs,made me feel welcome.

Booked appointment and submitted receipt to get the gift card they alleged would be sent to me. They then emailed saying they needed another receipt aside from the one I submitted and threatened to close the gift card claim, as if a receipt bearing my name and the date of appointment and the amount paid for the appointment and the name of the dental office weren't enough to prove that I went to and paid for the service I booked through opencare. Pretty sketchy and immoral.

My experience was honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dental spot. They took into consideration all aspects of a clinic. You have the option to change your shoes to slippers, there is free coffee and the facility's very clean and stylish.

The dental hygienist Jasmine was so wonderful and warm. I was extremely anxious and it was nice to joke around and make light of the situation. She was extremely gentle and showed me all the modern technology.

The technology stands out majorly at this clinic because they have a 3D technology tv about your teeth that explains everything in detail.

Nancy answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and super friendly. She gave me options for treatment and took into consideration my budget/goals. She was lovely to speak too and made me feel better about my concerns.

Even the receptionist was so kind and I was able to spin a wheel to get a prize!

10/10 highly recommend this place to everyone. They do direct billing and I walked out happy with clean teeth! :)
