Couldn’t recommend roger enough! He’s a great instructor was patient and calm and always made me feel comfortable, he gave me the confidence I needed after being with a bad instructor. Honestly couldn’t recommend him enough going to miss my lessons with him.

Terrible experience. Paid for about 38 hours. All cut short in order to pick other people up. The instructor used to take him to the garage to get his dinner or fill up. Cancelled numerous lessons. Ignored texted messages for sometime over a week off both my son and wife. Wouldn’t book lessons in, used to texted and say when he was free so never regular fixed times. Made to pull over whilst he called his girlfriend/wife. Pick up late and brought back early. At the end the my son was just close to practical exam and the instructor fell off the face of the earth. Wouldn’t answer phone or respond to text. We have subsequently found out his license expired and he’s not renewed it through a friend. We have booked his test and finished his lessons ourselves and he’s having to take the test in his own car. We tried to contact Oosh and you can’t. Fill in a form on the website and no response, Contact on Facebook and you get an automated “we’re busy” response. Hopefully others have a better experience but I will never use this company again and I’m considering looking into how I can make formal complaint.

I had a great driving experience with Imre Göröcs, as i have had tens of hours of driving over the past few months. I passed today because he delivered great intuitive lessons that were always cohesive with my skill level, he was always on time ( early lots too!) to lessons, and always offered something new whenever i was comfortable with the current activity. 5/5

Couldn't recommend Roger enough! I was involved in a little crash a few years ago and I was extremely nervous to start driving. Roger was fantastic and I passed first time with him. He went at my pace, was really encouraging, and taught me in a way that suited how I learn. Would definitely recommend Roger especially if you're nervous! Worth every penny

I passed my test today with instructor Mark Roberts- he has helped me so much! Mark is very informative and extremely engaging during each lessons. He has given me so much confidence and what a joy each lesson was. It’s bittersweet we won’t be having them anymore as he was such a great guy to be around, always left me with a smile on my face. I am very happy with mark. I would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you Mark 👍

Recently passed my test with Roger Culshaw. He was a fantastic instructor. Always made me feel comfortable, was super nice and used great teaching methods. I had some issues with not being able to take my theory test which meant learning to drive took a little longer than it should have and Roger was really accommodating. He always made sure he had lessons available when I needed them. Thanks for the pass!

I have just recently passed my test first time, Mike Kirwan was my instructor and he was absolutely brilliant. Great teacher who is respectful to his students and guides them to becoming a great driver.
Strongly recommend asking for Mike Kirwan when beginning your driving lessons!

I passed my test recently with instructor Mark Roberts- incredibly engaging and informative lessons, extremely happy with mark not one lesson went by i didn’t learn something new and I had a lot of fun in general. I would 100% recommend to anyone. 👍

I just recently passed my test with Morgan! Morgan was such a great teacher and was very relaxed and calm which helps learners! She was brilliant at simplifying everything! Morgan pushes you to be the best you can be and brings out the best driver in you! I will forever be grateful for Morgan and already am missing my lessons with her! Thanks again Morgan.

We arranged for lessons through Ooosh driving school, after a first set of lessons we paid £600 for more which weren't delivered. Replacement lessons had to be paid for separately. First instructor turned out to be unqualified second instructor cancelled lessons ahead of test without telling us. We're still waiting for a refund.

Back in Dec 2020 we bought vouchers for our daughters driving lessons. Ooosh assigned us a driving instructor, Mike. However, because of COVID it took 9 months before he saw us in September 2021. Lessons started in October 2021. Mike was unreliable, would cancel and delay lessons or just not turn up.

We complained to Jamie Traynor who runs Ooosh. He said they would arrange another instructor, but didn't. In the end Mike told us that his wife had a cancer scare and so we gave him the benefit of the doubt.

After a few months Mike said that Lily needed another 10 two hour lessons which was £600, we paid after he sent a message saying that Jamie was pushing for quick payment.

A couple of weeks after paying and before any of the lessons, Mike said that there had been a family tragedy and that he couldn't give lessons for a few weeks. He asked that we didn't arrange a new instructor because of all the problems he'd had. Our daughter was keen to stick with Mike.

When we contacted him again three weeks later he said that he couldn't start lessons until April. When we tried to get in touch with him in March, he didn't respond, so we got back in touch with Ooosh. Jamie replied and said "I thought this was sorted" and that he "had to get rid of Mike because of these issues"

Ooosh arranged for a new instructor, "Magic" Mark and I had assumed that the money we had paid would cover this new instructor, but that was wrong. I was told that I had to get the money back from Mike and pay the other instructor separately. Ooosh took no responsibility for Mike's behaviour.

Eventually I was able to get in touch with Mike, he offered to refund but then didn't. I offered to split it into two payments of £300 but that wasn't paid. We kept trying to get the money back but no use.

On Jamie Traynor's advice we started a money claim against Mike in July. In the meantime we continued lessons with the new instructor Mark and arranged a date for the driving test in coordination with him. We then paused lessons while A-levels were taken and while we moved house.

When we contacted Mark to resume lessons we were told that he now couldn't give Lily lessons as he had subsequently booked something else at the time of the test and that he'd asked Jamie to arrange a new instructor.

We put the claim against Mike on hold when it became apparent that Ooosh's terms and conditions meant that they were responsible for the lessons (they've subsequently changed them) So we are still in the process of trying to get a refund from Ooosh.

During this time, it emerged that during one driving lesson Mike had taken our daughter to a fish and chip shop in Southport and had spent the time looking out over the sea while eating chips. He said that he'd make up the time in a later lesson, which he didn't. "Magic" Mark also used lesson time to nip to Tesco to get lunch.

Ooosh take no responsibility for their driving instructors and cannot be trusted.

My son passed today. It was all thanks to Neal. Brilliant instructor and a nice man.

Honestly Simon Gregory was the best driving instructor I could’ve asked for. He was able to teach me to drive confidently and helped me love driving when I didn’t even want to learn. Absolutely amazing instructor and will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know

overall, Simon Gregory has been an amazing driving instructor. He would always show up on time and provide an effective and reassuring lesson. He would always make sure I improve every lesson to make sure every lesson counts.

I had Roger as an instructor and passed first time! Great teacher, always on time and helped the whole way through. Would recommend!

Passed my test today absolutely over the moon only had a few lessons to get rid of bad habbits and my instructor Tony was just amazing taught me so much is such little time.. passed with flying colours aswell highly recommended
