Signing up for text messages to know when your package has been delivered does not work. When you try to chat with someone, they are no help. No sign of customer support on their website other than an FAQ. I've had many food delivery services use On Trac and it has always been the same issue. Other shipping companies can send text messages.

Lasership / OnTrac (same company) continues to deliver my packages 1/3 of a mile away from my house at the edge of a hayfield. If it wasn't my experience, i would have a hard time believing it. I have complained to Lasership / OnTrac, also to Macy's (who uses this company) and others. It's happened 4 times in the last 10 days. The packages are near the road, out in the weather, and once, it was a cell phone worth over $1000.
Complaining to Lasership / OnTrac has done no good, unfortunately, neither has lodging complaints with Macy's and other good businesses who continue to use this company. At least i can warn the general public through TrustPilot.

LaserShip / OnTrac JUST left my house a few minutes ago. This time the driver came 1/2 way down the driveway, threw today’s package in the dirt in front of my shed , turned around and left. No contact. When does the professionalism start? The house was another several hundred yards. Huge driveway, plenty of room. Nope. ‘Let’s go 1/2 way and toss it on the ground…’

Driver refused delivery, lost package, system falsified tracking
OnTrac is completely incompetent. My package arrived in my local area, but the delivery driver refused to drive down a gravel road to complete the drop-off. Instead of safely holding my property, the facility completely lost it. Customer service opened a case only to reply with a canned email admitting they could not locate the package and told me to ask the seller for help. To make matters worse, their system fraudulently marked the package as "delivered" in an entirely different state over 300 miles away from my actual address. They failed to deliver, lost my property, and falsified the tracking data. Retailers need to stop using this garbage-tier courier.

My rating would be minus if possible. These people are HORRIBLE. FedEx is now offloading deliveries to OnTrac. Which delivered my huge packages 30 YARDS from my door. When trying to contact them, the customer service was even WORSE! Do ANYTHING to avoid them!

Worst delivery company ever. Every time I see OnTrac is handling my parcel, I know there’s going to be an issue. They completely ignore my delivery instructions. My packages always arrive at least 3 days late, causing unnecessary frustration.

Worst delivery provider. I will no longer do business with companies who use OnTrac as a delivery provider. That’s you-Quince, Brooklinen, Ulta and even Amazon has started using OnTrac sometimes. Missing packages to a point where now it’s a joke to have to report it as missing even though OnTrac reports it as delivered. I bet I can find most of my items on EBay for sale. These people and company are incompetent at best, more likely criminal. It’s become embarrassing to have to reach out to companies over and over for a refund or to resend the package due to OnTrac’s inability to actually deliver packages.

Updating this review: I reached out to Brooklinen and OnTrac to have the items replaced and Brooklinen resent out my replacement again using OnTrac! Guess what?!? They, again, said they delivered the package to a "locker" and I NEVER received the items! There is no "Locker". These items totaled over $350, so double that due to both packages not being delivered!

OnTrac insisted my address was incorrect even though they have delivered to my address many times. Rather than email/text or calling me to advise they needed confirmation, they just delayed the package and left it up to me to investigate. Next time I'll pay the upgrade fee to have my package shipped by another carrier. Of course I'll tell the merchant about my experience too.

Everytime I order a package and it gets sent through Ontrac, it is delayed. I get things much faster through the post office alone which is really saying something. Ontrac is a terrible service! I’ve been waiting on some clothes I ordered 12 days ago from Virginia to Utah. This is not the first time, Ontrac is a bad service and I wish retailers would give the option of using it or not.

Update, I received my Ontrac package from a white unmarked van that looked like it had been in a roll over… my package was left on the Grass in my front yard. Fortunately I heard him pull up and looked out to see him toss it on the grass from his van. This is what you get from Ontrac

The worse logistics company and i wonder why companies are signing contract with this scame of acompany. The misplaced my package of over $800 without any update and another time they delivered to a bush line and took picture that the item was delivered. Ontrac is a scam

Terrible service! ordered something to the business address and they attenpted to deliver it Friday night and then again on Sunday although I left instructions. Anyway, they are saying they will make 3 attempts - the 3rd attempt never was made - my order went back to seller. And there is no way you can contact a live person in OnTrac. Whenever an online purchase is sent to me by this company, I am saying good by to the order

I had a very disappointing experience with OnTrac. My package was marked as delivered, but the proof of delivery photo clearly shows it was left at a location that is not my home, even though the shipping address on file was correct. I have never had issues receiving packages at this address, including other deliveries from the same retailer. When I attempted to report the problem, I was repeatedly directed back to the shipper instead of being connected with someone who could investigate the delivery. Very poor customer service. I wish 0/5 stars was an option.

Totally incompetent. They had the correct address and said they couldn't deliver. Then after once again giving them the proper address they said the package was discarded.

I have no doubt no attempt was made and tge driver simply stole the package. Customer service doesn't respond.

Avoid these losers.

They even trued contacting me to change this review as if they weren't the worst shipping operation in the country. No amount one of their employees is wearing the item.

I have had two horrible experiences with Ontrac. I’d give a 0 if I could. I ordered products for my dogs both times. I live in a small community that shares a zip code with a larger town twenty miles away. When AI prints the labels, it puts in the zip and that populates the town as the larger town. It took me a week and 4 chats to finally get someone toget it to my actual address. The delivery person hid it when it was finally delivered, as though we had not seen it earlier.
The second order is the same problem, 3 weeks and still getting messages that there was a problem. AU is NOT the answer to this mess. Ontrac has NO way to speak to a human. Today I called Chewy (an amazing company with humans to help 24/7) and they are sending me a new order using FedEx and now FedEx is coded as my delivery choice. Ontrac is terrible. Check with the company you are ordering from and tell them NO ONTRAC.

If you have questions, the ONLY way you can get help is to talk to their AI assistant WINX. I needed to know if my item would arrive today, because the tracking says both today and tomorrow. I can't even get THAT info. Now I get to be stressed out all day, and wondering it I should go out and try to find the item retail or hope ONTRAC will deliver. That's is terrible customer service. And reading these other reviews tells me my concern is warranted. Awesome.
Companies who use AI as the ONLY means of customer service should be avoided.

I sent a package to the wrong address and caught it immediately. However there was no system in place to call or try to change the address or stop the delivery. The request I had to submit thorough a chat bot went unanswered. I hesitate to purchase anything through Stitch Fix again if they continue to use this carrier.

If you didn't get your delivery, it was probably sent through OnTrac.

I would give zero stars if I could.

OnTrac has repeatedly delivered my packages to the wrong house, with the “proof of delivery” photo clearly showing a location that is not my home. Despite this happening more than once, there is no way to speak with a live customer service representative. You’re forced to deal with a chatbot that opens an investigation, only to later close it with the same generic response: “The item was delivered as proven by the photo.”

The problem is that the photo proves it was delivered—just not to my address.

They refuse to provide the delivery coordinates that could help locate the package, and they make it nearly impossible to escalate the issue to a real person. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

If you’re ordering online, I strongly recommend requesting that the seller use a different shipping carrier whenever possible. Unfortunately, if your package is shipped through OnTrac, you may have very little recourse if it’s delivered to the wrong address.

This company is AWFUL. I ordered from free people about a week ago and got an estimated delivery date as July 8. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email notification that my package was coming early and would be delivered on the 6th. Well ontrac claims there was a delivery attempt made, but there is no evidence of that. I was not contacted when they were here by telephone or by my apartments intercom system. I then spent a ridiculously long time trying to get an actual person to speak to and not an AI bot. When I was finally connected to someone, they either didn’t have the transcript of the AI conversation I just had or the wherewithal to read it. Once I got the customer service rep up to speed, they asked for my address, unit number, and building access code. My address and unit number had already been provided when I placed the order and I have never had to give a building access code out in the 5 years I have lived in this building. The customer service rep then told me that delivery drivers don’t have to contact the customers when making deliveries and that deliveries happen between 8 am and 9 pm local time. Oh! And now I will have to wait an extra two days for this package to be delivered. I have absolutely no confidence that I will be receiving this package. This company should be ashamed of the business they run. I cannot wait for the day they go out of business.

My experience with LaserShip was extremely disappointing. My package was supposed to be delivered last night, but the tracking was updated to say they needed an "access code" to complete the delivery. There is no access code required for my address, so that excuse made no sense.

The next day, the package was marked as delivered—but it was delivered to a house I've never seen before. Now I'm left without my package and dealing with the hassle of trying to figure out where it went.

This level of carelessness is unacceptable. Between the inaccurate delivery updates, false delivery information, and delivering my package to the wrong address, I have no confidence in LaserShip's service. I hope they improve their delivery accuracy and customer support so other customers don't have to deal with the same frustration.

the driver threw my 400 fuel pump..i ytried contacting on trac through their phone number which is fake,then i tried using their chat options which the live agent did not respond .once she responded it took 5 minutes for a return response
