Scam Company don't be sucked in by the company name, Mohammed phoned to inform me the documents i had purchased online had no relevance for what i wanted and i needed to upgrade to the full package, i paid £ 140 for two pages with no relevance to what i was looking for, tried to phone Mohammed to inform him his answer phone says extension 1301 is on the phone every time i phoned him, scam company should be shut down.

Preying on vulnerable and elderly people by masquerading at the government Land Registry and pressure selling then refusing to refund. Don’t insult me by replying saying you don’t have an order number it’s #1384765. Formal complaint is on its way and will continue to escalate until a refund is processed.
Review is on behalf of my elderly parent.

Money grabbing
I ordered a Title Plan document this morning and within just a few minutes I received a telephone call from someone at Land Registry trying to upsell me more documents. When I explained what I wanted (a footprint of our house when it was first built) he said the Title Plan wouldn't give me that info. I immediately emailed to ask to cancel the order as it cost £52.80. I then received an email asking me to complete a form to request the refund- the form wasn't attached and I had to ask for it. I then received the form and sent it to the refunds email address. Shortly afterwards I received the title plan and also a refusal to process my refund. All in all this was a really poor customer experience and felt like Land Registry were money grabbing from start to finish. Appreciate that someone may start to process the request fairly quickly after request was made but given that the whole process was completed within minutes I don't understand how £52.80 cost can be justified at all. Very little consideration for customer

Scam company pretending to be HM Land…
Scam company pretending to be HM Land Registry but isn’t Charges eye watering : £110 for 2 documents you can get for £14 from real Land Registry and over £500 for a change of address that you can do for free direct. Fortunately for me thé penny dropped before I gave my payment details Thé .org part of the website address gives it a veneer of respectability Dont touch
The company is now asking for more info like contact details otherwise they will try to get this review taken dow. My answer is that I don’t want to give any more details than they already have on me as I have no confidence in the security of that information and am already anxious enough about the details I did give. And are they saying that what I have said about the website appearing to be HM Land Registry linked or about the massive charges is untrue? All you need to do is an HM Land Registry search and up they come and as they were on loudspeaker my husband can attest to the charges quoted. I didn’t get a reference number anyway as I woke up and smelled a rat before I got to payment thank goodness.

i made an online enquiry and filled in the online questionnaire, i received the call that i had pre booked via the online form, the call arrived as booked bang on time and the person on the other end of the phone was polite and direct and got me enrolled very quick. no issues great fast service, highly recommend.

When you have paid your money - £45 - and you then get an email saying order complete, then why do they say you need to ring us and then tell me I need to pay another £175 for complete title deeds?
None of this is explained on the website.
It is misleading thinking it’s the official land registry but like all cons, they lure you in thinking it’s legitimate.

Speedy public service
My request was probably unusual as it requested a copy of one lease with no other associated documents. I wondered if this might delay the query: how wrong as within an hour a personal telephone call set up the expected query and a short conversation explained the situation and a delivery of said document probably in less than an hour. Definitely for a public service this is really impressive.

Note the gov.uk on the official site - this is how all official sites for UK government services are listed.
UKLandregistryonline is based in Dubai - it will charge you over 3 times more for simply forwarding the document to you.
