Delivery time not as described!!
So after reading the delivery time of 3-5 days, I ordered 2 doors on the Friday morning thinking worse case I’d get them late the following week, however when I called to see when I’d get the doors I was told that it would be the week after, possibly on the Tuesday, that being 7 working days. I purchased the doors based on the delivery times as I had to fit them asap for a customer. When I tried explaining my frustration, I was simply told that I could upgrade to the premium delivery service, costing me more money or have a refund which will take 5 days to show in my account. What a total waste of my time. Simple… never use again!!

Offering an upgrade to our premium delivery service was intended to provide you with an alternative for urgent delivery, although I recognize this comes at an additional cost. I'm sorry if this solution didn't meet your needs.
Regarding your refund, it typically takes up to 5 days to process and reflect in your account, which is standard procedure. If there's anything else we can do to assist you or if you have further concerns, please let us know. We value your feedback and apologize again for any inconvenience caused.

Not sure if to only give to stars. I would like to place an order but have some queries before I spend any money. I have sent 2 emails direct to the given email address on the website. Completed to contact forms and left 2 voice mail messages over a period of time with no response so reluctant to spend any money if u cannot even receive any correspondence in the first instance.
What about the online contact forms they should have filtered through to you?
