Very bad experience
basically i ordered pink rose plant which i received is very different from the one which shown in an image at the time of ordering,, there is no pot available in that. There is only mud wrapped with polythene that's it and as you said it must be a bud but it seems plant is very very shabby and old, there is one grown flower in it which i recieved is dry and that's why because it's already came dry from there, flower got fall
It is very different from what I expect as i already told them but no replies yet Honestly, it's so distracting and disturbing as i paid rupees for this shabby and dry flower which doesn't have a pot or nothing at all

Fraud website with no return policy
I had ordered a teddy for my fiancee. The site had a lot of pictures and price rand to choose from. As i was browsing i got a whatsapp msg from one of their executives from whom I had enquired about the product, delivery timelines and return policy. She Clearly mentioned that they support returns if placed 48hrs from delivery.
I got the product which was pathetic cheap quality teddy nothing like what they had shown in picture.
So i placed the return immediately and they straight away denied the request. After multiple email ,phone calls the conclusion is this is a fradulent website and one should never order soft toys from them .
