I was so impressed with this platform and their service and communication. I placed my order around 4PM and it was at the requested address around 6 a So fast! They kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. I also love how they send reminders based on our previous orders - makes life so much easier when you’re trying to stay organised. Super reliable and thoughtful service.

I recommend this service when there is an emergency or events in which we can’t get the cakes or gifts but I felt for the cake I ordered it is too expensive compared to shops or other and the taste was good and fresh

Very bad service, I ordered flower bouquet, cake and plant together but they sent separately, it's not a surprise anymore, the worst part the cake, I paid 1295 for cake, once they tasted they vomited, I don't know what kind of quality is this? If anything happened means how? Worst product please don't buy it

I had a terrible experience with OnlineDelivery.in. Priya initially responded quickly and confirmed my order, but after I made the payment, the gift was never delivered. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no response or update. This feels like a scam.

I wanted to get flowers delivered the same day and the option was not there in their website but they went out of their way to contact me and get it delivered within 2 hrs of placing my order.Really happy with the service.
