I wanted to give them 0 rating as I have had worst experience with them,I ordered just for a greeting card in the month of Feb and now it's June and still haven't received it.on my profile in website it shows that the product is shipped however I never received one.

They don't even respond to the mails .

I would never ever recommend this site to anybody and if you order please note that you will loose the the money.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with OnlineDeliver.in regarding a refund request. Despite numerous emails and persistent efforts, I have yet to receive any response or resolution to my issue. Today, when I finally managed to reach their customer service via phone, I was informed that the refund had been processed. However, I was taken aback to learn that they were unable to transfer the funds to my NRE account, which I had used for the initial payment.

My attempts to explain the situation and convince the customer service representative were met with utter indifference and an unwillingness to understand or accommodate my request. This lack of empathy and willingness to resolve the matter left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with the entire experience.

The communication breakdown exhibited by onlinrdelivery.in is highly unprofessional and disappointing. As a customer, I expected prompt responses to my emails and a cooperative attitude from their customer service team. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met in the slightest.

Moreover, the fact that they were unable to transfer the refunded amount to my NRE account, despite the initial payment being made from that account, demonstrates a significant flaw in their system. This lack of flexibility and failure to address such an issue is indicative of a company that does not prioritize customer satisfaction or take responsibility for their actions.

I must express my utmost disappointment with onlinedelivery.in and their handling of my refund request. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it has left me with a negative impression of their customer service and overall competence.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend them based on my personal experience. The lack of communication, indifference to customer concerns, and inability to address payment discrepancies are substantial shortcomings that tarnish their reputation. I hope that they will take this feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better customer experience in the future.
