There was an issue with the delivery destination and customer service were great in having a new Onesie delivered at no extra cost. The Onesie is good quality and great fun.

My experience with Onesiebuy was great. I purchased a onesie for my son and immediately regretted buying the 10/12 size because he’s very tall. I reached out to their customer service to ask for the next size up. They responded almost immediately, changed my order as asked, and shipped the onesie on time. And onesie is a decent quality!

I love my onesie, it’s great quality, very cozy and fits perfectly. Package arrived quickly. Very satisfied, highly recommend!

I ordered some Pokemon onesies for my nephew during the holidays. There was a mixup in the shipping (understandable given the amount of packages being shipped throughout the US) but customer support was super helpful. They first tried to settle the order between the other customer and me but when that did not work out, they sent me a replacement. It was a little inconvenient but customer support did right by me.

I ordered adult size Spider-Man onesie pajamas for my grandson. It was supposed to be delivered before Christmas as I paid for the extra shipping to make sure it would get to me in time. I never got any tracking information. I contacted them to let me know when I could expect the order with no response. So I went in search of other Spider-Man onesie pajamas and found them on Amazon and they were shipped out the next day. I contacted this company and told them I wanted to cancel my order, and no response again. And after I said I wanted to cancel it they pushed the order through and charged my paypal. I placed a dispute with PayPal and PayPal denied my case and went with this company. I will not only be dropping Paypal, but I will be leaving bad reviews for this company on every site I can think of. Do not buy from this company. Buyer beware. This is a horrible company. I even went on their website gave them the order number and said I wanted to return it and it kept bumping me out and said it's not available at this time, to try again later. This is a racket company and I'm also going to report them to the Better Business bureau. If I could give them a zero I'd give them a triple zero.

Customer service is really good. So i ordered 4 onsies. Price: i thought they were a little high. Quality: seems to be good. So the onsies shipped out pretty quickly. Shipping wasn't bad at all considering where they ship from. Once they arrived I did notice 2 issues. 1: had a bad odor 2: one was the wrong size. As soon as I realized I emailed them and they responded pretty promptly and offered to send me a replacement and guaranteed me it would arrive before christmas and it did. Very thrilled on how they handled that issue as things do happen and its how its handled that matters the most. The smell they tried to trouble shoot with me. I washed it let it air out as they said and the smell was gone. I would order from this company again. Merry Christmas!!

Ordered an item never recieved tracking. Located tracking through the website and figured it was ok. After seeing the path it took reached out to multiple carriers and they confirmed that is not a path their packages would take. They provided a usps tracking after opening a claim. Which the postal service has stated is counterfeit and illegitimate opened a full dispute as they did not offer me a refund only offered me the postal servicing tracking number that has already been confirmed fraudulent. Should've done me research more before buying from this company. Merchant name is different on purchase. Email used is not a business email. Many issues with this company. Full dispute opened with paypal

Update: USPS has officially seized the package and stopped shipment for fraudulent postage

BUYER BEWARE! Do not purchase from this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Item was supposed to be delivered by Halloween. It’s 11/10 and I still don’t have the item. Apparently it was delivered to the wrong address and they want me to contact the shipping company to figure it out. I have requested a refund multiple time with no luck. You will regret buying from this company.

Update 11/13/25 - after Onsiebuy saw my review, they contacted me immediately to offer a refund if I took this review down, and I had to take it down before they would issue a refund. Their delivery company also contacted me and suggested the package was stolen from my porch or I misplaced it. The photo of the delivery was clearly not my house. I now need to provide photo evidence of the number on my house, as well as what the front door looks like. Seriously, stay away.

Very happy with my experience with Onesiebuy. I purchased 2 onesies for my toddlers a few weeks before my event and paid the extra $ for faster shipping. I worried a little when I didn’t see the tracking come up after about 5 days so I contacted customer service and they got back to me very quickly. They were polite and assured me they would make sure the shipment was on the way soon. The package arrived a few days later and the onesies were good quality. Even though they were a little big, the cuffs on the arms and legs made them work perfectly for my toddlers and there’s plenty of room for them to grow and wear for a long time!

I ordered the onesie in october 5. I contacted them october 15 since there was no word, if it was shipped or not. Then you told me you sent me an email on october 7 because shipping fee will be different because i am located in alaska, but i never received an email! Then i asked to cancel but no refund until now because you said your account was temporarily blocked! Now what? Still nothing! This website is a scam! Do not buy!

ordered a onesie for my Halloween costume 3 weeks before Halloween and was guaranteed 7-10 days for delivery yet my package never arrived. company then refused to issue a refund. if I could rate under 1 star I would, 0/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND and will be telling my friends to avoid website entirely

Awful experience. I purchased a onesie on 9/29/25 and never received a tracking number or my order. When I reached out to customer service, they told me I needed to provide a different shipping address. Fine — I did. Then they asked me to pay additional shipping costs on top of what I had already paid. At that point, I requested a refund.

Their response? “Your account has been blocked, so the refund will take a few days.” I waited several days and still didn’t receive my money. Thankfully, I paid through PayPal and was able to file a case.

After 11 days, PayPal ruled in my favor and issued a full refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I learned my lesson — they appear to be a scam operation that takes customers’ money without ever sending the product.

I ordered my onesie on October 17th and it arrived on the 22nd. I was expecting it to take much longer. The quality of the onesie is good, and my son loves it. Five stars!

These are good they could've been great with more stuffing in the ears and tails and a more pointy tail for my umbreon one, my girlfriends could've used more stuffing in the tail and ears as well. We did like how comfortable they feel and didnt have the colors bleed or anything in the wash. I also had a good experience with the customer service with updating me on tracking.

The customer service was quick and responsive. I bought a onesie for my 13 year old's Halloween costume, and we didnt get a shipping notification. I reached out and got a prompt response and tracking update. The onesie arrived, and the 13 yo couldn't be happier.

I ordered 8 onesies and paid a significant sum to deliver in 5-7 business days. They shipped them in two different packages. The first arrived in the delivery window but the other one never arrived. I have emailed them multiple times to get an update and they just say that the carrier will update when they have a delivery timeline. I am worried that the package will never come (was it a scam?) since the tracking number still has zero progress and we are beyond the 5-7 day window. This was for a party with a deadline and now half my team won’t have costumes.

I ordered my child’s Halloween costume, not quite two weeks ago, but I am already frustrated and worried because I’ve sent three emails, and nobody responds. If I can’t get in touch with them, how do I know my product will arrive on time? I have not yet received Shipping information. I would like to start working on another costume for my son if this will not arrive on time. Hope someone will respond to me soon.

I was nervous about the delivery but the onesies arrived right on time. They are fun and just what my 12 year old was looking for for Halloween. Plenty of room to shove warm clothes under. She is 5.7. We got an extra large just to be safe. She probably would have been alright in a large but xl is just fine.
