Ordered two bags for my daughters. One of the zippers malfunctioned and I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately and sent a replacement bag which has been awesome.
Cute backpack and durable!!

The backpack i ordered for my daughter have some dirt spots when i received it. Contacted the customer care and they send me a new one. Highly recommend KKBAGS. They are awesome and did fantastic with my issue.

I absolutely recommend Kkbags for your bag needs. First of all, my son absolutely loves his backpack! It is unique with all of its pockets and compartments- excellent for keeping organized and great for the student who loves school supplies :). Their customer service was fantastic with me, as well. There was a mix-up in designs, and they got the correct order out to me quickly and easily, making my son’s school year complete! I highly recommend them. Honest people and high-quality bags.

I was late ordering my granddaughter's backpack. Having the perfect backpack means everything to a girl going into the 6th grade to have for the first day of school. I sent an email to customer support explaining that the order form said 3-5 business days and it had been over a week and this was an "emergency" situation. I received an immediate response assuring me the backpack would get there on time for the first day. Not only was it on time, it came 2 days after the email! The backpack is everything she hoped for BUT the customer service is what made this grandma smile. Thank you!

I can’t answer to the quality of the backpacks because it’s been 19 days since ordering and still haven’t received the backpacks. Last tracking info was from August 14th and no one will respond to my emails. I am willing to wait for the product, it’s the lack of response from the company that is frustrating. Hopefully I didn’t get ripped off

I ordered on August 18th and it said it would ship in 5 business days, 8 days and no tracking, it hasn't been shipped. I emailed the email provided and got a automated response that they would be gone til the 29th!!!! Super irritated! Since it hasn't shipped they can send me a refund!

The bag is great and I had a question about shipping and it was prompted answered. Would recommend!

The bag is really cute! Does take a bit of time to arrive but we ordered a head of time. We had an issue with our order that arrived and they made it right immediately!

My daughter lovers her backpack! It's exactly how it appears on the site, and the quality seems to be great! I had emailed them to check on shipping status, and they responded quickly with detailed and accurate information.

Took a long time to get any updated tracking info. Bag did show up in good condition a little over two weeks after I ordered it. It is advertised as a middle school bag but way too small even for late elementary school. The water bottle holders do not hold standard size elementary school water bottles. When I tried to return the bag I was told I would have to cover the cost of shipping to China along with $4.95 which is almost the entire cost of the bag. DO NOT BUY.

The bag was fairly high quality and the customer service was excellent.

DO NOT purchase from this company. They are based in CHINA and I have NOT received my item and they refuse to refund my $50. They say its "On the way" and "Be patient". It is 3 weeks and still undelivered even though they said it would arrive in 3 days. They are not to be trusted. So disappointed in this company. Why have the US logo on their website if they are based in CHINA.

I give this company 5 stars based on their customer service. I purchased a backpack that my daughter loved and we changed our mind because we couldn’t find a matching lunchbox. When I contacted customer service, they immediately returned the funds and made it right. I will look through for a future purchase just based on great customer service.

The backpack I ordered were missing an item and quality of bag wasn’t to my standards. Once I emailed kkbags they immediately responded back. We came to an agreement. Another backpack was sent. I am very happy with the 2nd backpack and so was my granddaughter. Very courteous and professional.

Clear communication; sent another bag out rush to make up for the (seemingly common) snags at LA customs. My rating had been a lot less stars over the last month, but in the end they did me right. Thank you!

We ordered a backpack and love the product. Thought there were some shipping issues due to the product getting stuck due to local inspections, KK was very professional and communicative in what was happening. I highly recommend this company; they have good quality, responsive to e-mails within a few hours and professional.
