Even for my age there are plenty of surveys so the £20 pay out doesn't take too long to reach. I enjoy answering most of them as they are usually well compiled & have had no problem with Onepoll.

I requested my £20 payment before Christmas and in my account it showed as being processed. However when I try to log in today it says my account is blocked/unsubscribed.
Can you advise me why and are you going to honour my payment please?

Have been a member for many years, recently unfortunately I tried to access website outside the UK and was blocked, the lovely Customer Service people kindly reinstated my account.

What I really like is that generally the surveys are quick and easy to answer , perfect for when you have a few minutes to spare .

Made a mistake redeeming my points, and they disappeared.
Emailed OnePoll late on 29th December and received a prompt reply the next morning from Rachel Knight, explaining that she had reinstated my points,and what to do next.
I was then able to redeem via my preferred method.
Very good customer support.

A good site if you want to complete brief payable surveys. Payment per survey usually around 20p although some take a little longer and pay 50p. Rewards totals add up quickly to claim your £20.00. cash transfer which I find arrives in my account sometimes within a week of claiming. I have found any queries problem related to surveys have been swiftly responded to. Rachel very helpful.

Couldn't be better 🙂 Been with One Poll for over 10 years and they are wonderful. Never a problem with payment and the surveys are short and interesting. I used to hear the results of the surveys on the Steve Wright show but since he passed away I don't listen to the BBC anymore. Not sure where the results go now but I'm sure it's somewhere good 🙂

User error, but I forgot about being within the UK to complete surveys, and logged in when I was out of the country which locked my account. I had an extremely quick response from Rachel who unlocked my account for me. Nice to get a personal response and greeting rather than just a cut and paste reply- great service!

A submission for payment went wrong online. Contacted support with limited information and they promptly communicated for more info so as to resolve the issue. Provided and they sorted efficiently and quickly.

SCAM BEWARE!
They let you fill in multiple surveys but not quite enough to reach the £20 cash out amount of points. They then block your account without warning, using their T&C's as a shield and then all of your time and effort goes unrewarded and they benefit as you've done multiple surveys for free.
I can't discourage anybody enough to not engage with this. Don't give them your time in exchange for free surveys for a reward that they will wriggle out of paying, at any cost.
