Ridiculous customer service they send me the incorrect size item and they saying cannot refund #32823 but in the website they said well but they saying cannot so how it could be not my fault size is different according to the chart looks like faulty but they still keep sending me email that they can’t I don’t recommend to buy from here .. no way ridiculous

I have noticed that a lot of their designs are complete rip offs of other companies, including Australian small businesses, which I find absolutely disgusting. It shows a total lack of skills and competence and frustrates me every time I get one of their ads on Instagram. If you like one of their styles I recommend trying to reverse image search it and buy it from the real brands who actually put time and effort into their designs!

The company buys their underwear from Temu, and then they put their own label on it. I thought it was your own clothing, but it is just underwear from temu.

customer service was amazing! I needed my set by a certain date and they made sure to ship it out and post it ASAP. Truly went above and beyond - can’t wait to try them on!

Tried twice to order and each time their site USING Shop took payment and then said there was an issue. Admittedly my bank didn’t allow the transaction after initially allowing it which tends to support a scam as they have declined it.

I reviewed Reviews and looked at the positive ones. Now I am reviewing the adverse ones and have numerous concerns

I’ve purchased a decent sized order early in January this year, mind you I purchased there large which should have fitted according to there sizing chart! (Yes I re measured before purchasing to double check ect)
When they arrived, it was an absolute joke, the cups were like a B which is definitely not even close to what they claimed to fit! I’ve been emailing back and forth with this company, but to get a response from them is absolutely beyond me… I’ve lost count on how many emails I’ve sent.

Long story short they told me to size up to xl, which I explained wouldn’t work, due to the band being way to big but cups being far too small… so I ordered xl…

When this order came, wow surprise!!! Toooo big! They have since only offered me to exchange to something that might fit better… mind you I had ordered 5-7 ish diffrent styles as it was!

Trying to get a reply in an email is absolutely disgusting! The most frustrating part is you reply to them and then hear nothing, you as a customer have to then go back through the message system to just get a reply… and even now I haven’t had a reply from my last one… absolutely sick of having to reach out to a company that’s no fault of my own! Extremely poor customer service!

Oh and in the second order, one come broken! (The strap that connected to the top of the cup) And they still couldn’t offer a refund even for that… this company is an absolute joke! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

The customer service team are great! I was worried about an order that wouldn’t come on time and rest assured it did, they were prompt on replies, reassured me and offered solutions for just incase! The pieces were so beautiful too, would definitely shop again!

My order came within a good time frame. However the only weird thing was that I ordered two things, but they were sent as two separate orders. Don’t know why that would be necessary.
Other than that I love the products and they are good quality.

Blown away by the quality of these pieces, they fit perfectly and are adjustable for my small boobs :)! They look fantastic and feel absolutely decadent!
