The buyers of our house have used this organisation to complete their conveyancing.
We have sold the house with no chain, to buyers who have no chain who already had a mortgage offer in principal and it has taken over 4 months and we still haven't exchanged...!!!
There could not be a more straight forward piece of conveyancing yet this organisation have dragged their feet, failed to communicate, not fully understood information that has been provided to them all resulting in delay after delay.
Even our estate agent has commented that they have been a nightmare.
For your own sanity do not use them....they are dreadful.

As first time buyers, we had no idea what to expect when buying our first property; however, OneDome made everything much easier and less stressful. Firstly, Paul Williams and Helena Grundy from CMME were amazing with finding us the best possible deal and updated us regularly on what stage we were at.

Unfortunately, after to support and advice from Andrew Bilby at OneDome, we had to pull out from our first purchase due to having been misled throughout the entire purchase by estate agents/developers. However, we were lucky enough to find another property not long after.

Throughout the entire process, Andrew was quick to respond to any of our points and requirements and chased the transaction from beginning to end - even chasing what was needed in the chain above.

As a first time buyer, we had little knowledge of what to expect and what we needed to be provided - but Andrew was able to guide us through every step of the way and reassure us if there were any mishaps. The service was good, and we progressed through the process of buying a property with the help of my Property Move Assistant, Andrew Bilby. Unfortunately, I lost the purchase through no fault of my own.
