Ordered items in September am still waiting. Had no response at all from them.

This is my order number YGM60211. I bought two items that costed me $103.98 on 28th August 2021 and it is already November and my package is still in transit? I think I have been scammed.

They said 100% cotton it was not very poor quality

I purchased a black gathered top described as 80% cotton. Over a month later i received a 100% polyester, similar, but not the same, top as described or shown. This is fraudulent, and several complaining emails resulted in me being offered $6 refund on the proviso that I returned to offensive garment to china under a tracked postal service. Be warned !

I ordered a long sweater that was supposed to be 90 percent cotton and 10 percent poly. The sweater was shiny and all poly but the tag said the opposite. I'm going to try to return it and get my money back. But reading other reviews I'm not too optimistic.

Arrival time of package was decent coming from China.
The product however is terrible.
The fabric is not just polyester, it feels like plastic. It is see-through.
I wanted to return, they offered me $35.
When I said no they offered me $60.
And I had to pay for the shipping if I didn’t accept those. $165!!!!!
STAY AWAY!

I should have known better than to order from a company that advertised on Instagram, so shame on me. Products are low-quality and don't look like the pictures online. When I attempted to return them, I was told that my options were to pay for shipping to China or get a $60 refund on a $200 order. I eventually got a $75 refund after a back and forth, which I accepted because I simply didn't have the time or bandwidth to continue arguing. Order from them at your own peril.

As I can see from reading previous reviews that alot of former customers think as I do that your company is a rip off. I had actually ordered several pieces from this company and even though it took forever to get the order I was pleased with the outcome until this last time when they sent the wrong sweater in the wrong color and the wrong size. I really wanted to correct sweater in the correct color and the correct size.They had me send a picture of the wrong sweater and the package it came in. I did, they agreed it was wrong.Their solution was for me to return the wrong sweater at my expense...no for me. They offered 15 and keep wrong sweater which I don't want. 20,30,40 and finally $48 after we went back and forth for days.
I told them I wanted $59.99 which is what I paid which would still have me losing the cost of shipping but they refused. I finally gave up which is what they want and I'm to get $48 refund. and have a crappy sweater I can't wear and am out 11.99 + shipping

Al llegar el pedido, no se parecía en nada a lo ofrecido en su web. Al querer devolver varios artículos, me dicen que su return address está en China. Allí nadie recoge los paquetes, por lo que tú nunca ves tu dinero de vuelta. Yo puse una denuncia en la Policía y les reporté en varias páginas oficiales que luchan contra el fraude en internet.

If I could give them Zero Stars I would. Clothing comes from China - the worst quality I’ve ever seen, fabrics are NOTHING as described on website - thin, see-thru, plastic feeling!!
Returns are on your own dime so I’m stuck with this crap because it would cost $50 in return shipping. MAJOR SCAM!!!!

Ordered three pairs of trousers in M and two pairs arrived weeks and weeks later: completely the wrong size - not even a S - asked for an exchange and they got back to me saying to pay shipping costs or accept a tiny refund of only $12 for $80 purchase - which may equate to refund minus shipping costs. All three tops I ordered arrived with serious shaping errors on them. No refund available on them either. Ordering from China is likely to be fraught with problems but this lot are absolute con artists. Do not shop there.

The worst shopping experience I've ever been through, I have placed my order about 7 weeks ago, and it still haven't arrived! The tracking link says the shipment haven't even left China, and when I contacted them about a month later they said that it takes a while for the tracking link to update. And I contacted them to cancel the order and get a refund and their answer was 'Please be patient, your shipment will arrive soon'. I genuinely do NOT want the order anymore!

The clothes come from China so can take a long time to come. Sizes are not always true to size and if you want a return or exchange you have to pay the postage for returning to China or pay them £25. So it’s easier just to keep the item or buy a new one?!

Do not trust this site. It has been over four weeks since i ordered and I still haven’t received my items. When I contact them via the email address, they tell me to be ‘patient’ and still do not provide an update on where my order is. It’s clearly a scam.

I got my order, it took a long time. I am happy with the clothing, the clothing is as pictured on the site. The earrings are as well, but the earring backing got damaged in transit (got bent because the earrings were placed in a flat envelope.

I have just recently placed an order with One Cozy Day and I have not received my goods after three weeks and counting. Their customer service is through email and their tracking link for orders contains anonymous information that cannot be traced. DO NOT use this website - it is definitely a SCAM.
