A company in disarray
I ordered just shy of £200 worth of towels from this company and was sent an email to confirm the fact with an estimated delivery date . Once the delivery date had been and gone I contacted the company to enquire why the late delivery. Some 24 hours later an email arrived to say that the bath sheets were not in stock and a full refund was on its way back to the bank. If the items were not in stock then you don’t take any money and possibly suggest choosing a different colour which is in stock. There was no apology and no attempt to dispatch part of the order with the rest to follow . This sadly is probably one of the worst experiences of customer care I have ever witnessed, I have been treated with utter contempt and that is totally unacceptable, will never use his company again, absolutely shameful service.

ordered a few times off here and never had a problem but ordered a white bedspread, it was appalling had all pulls and yellow stains on it looked like an old rag,I emailed them and they told me to return it which I did over 10 days ago and still no refund, they also deleted my review off there website, I will never order off here again

Brilliant quality of goods
Brilliant quality of goods. I have placed three orders with them over the last couple of years and I cannot praise them enough. The quality of the goods is excellent and they arrived quickly. I’m very happy with the throws and duvet sets. I would definitely continue to order from them without hesitation.
SCAMMERS, do not order.
I purchased 5 DUVET sets, received a parcel that contained only two. I emailed customer services and they maintain they sent me all of them ordered! Absolutely disgusting customer services. Please DO NOT ORDER, They are scammers!!

Awesome fleece blanket, delivered fast.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! Poor quality; no refund received for a returned item
Bath sheets deemed to be "luxury" really weren't... very thin. One was damaged, had a tear in it; clearly not checked before dispatched. I emailed customer services and they agreed to issue a refund. 2 months later and I have still not received a refund. Very poor. Do not shop here!

Brilliant product and quick delivery
Really surprised to read so many bad reviews when I logged on here to write my experience! I ordered outdoor cushions from them as they were a lovely different design and great price. Delivery was super quick and the quality is great!
DO NOT BUY FROM OLIVIA ROCCO
Bought 4 bath sheets a few weeks ago, quite thick and they seemed a good quality….unpacked them and put them through a gentle wash as it’s always advised to do so before use. Noticed that 1 towels edging was coming away and fraying, checked them all to find another 2 were the same. (My daughter took photo evidence for them) Emailed customer service to inform them, they said I can either have 40% off or return for a full refund. I opted for a full refund to be sent. They got back to me to say towels should be in the original package, unwashed and unused……These towels are 2 weeks old…...also a QR code to take to the post office. A I’m disabled, that’s why I shop online. B I don’t have a phone device that allows me to store QR codes….I’ve had to opt for the 40% off as I’ve no other option. I’m really unhappy with their “don’t care less attitude” Wish I had checked them out on trustpilot before purchasing.

Only now after 18 months do I get a reply… awful customer service

AWFUL AVOID REFUND PROCESS SHAMBOLIC
AWFUL AVOID! Consumer beware - returned an item purchased from this company as wasn't of the quality I expected. Their returns procedure uses a tracking number system which apparently if you don't also forward them a copy of your postage receipt in addition they wont refund you!!!! Never experienced this with any company before Three weeks later multiple emails which have most have been ignored I've have had to contact Trading Standards to chase my refund shocking customer service

I ordered 3 pairs of short pajamas on…
I ordered 3 pairs of short pajamas on Monday they where here on the Wednesday, I was a bit worried after ordering them as I reas the trust pilot reviews after, I wasn't sure they where going to turn up or whether the right ones would come, anyway they did come and two of the orders out of three where correct and correct size the third pair of shirt pajamas turned out to be long pants and long sleeved, my daughter can't wear long pajamas as a sensory issue, so now I will sell these pair on as I don't know if I'd get the right item back if I was to send them back, other then that they did turn up to begin with, the sizes are not to accurate either that's why I only gave 4 stars
Awful experience
Awful experience. Sent the wrong item which was actually cheaper than the item purchased then refused to send the correct item. Absolutely did not care responses via email were very flippant and told me to go elsewhere. Which I am now doing. Their loss not mine as I am looking for more houseware and certainly won’t use them

We were sent fake goods
We were sent fake goods, advertised as 'Kylie' but were just cheap knock offs. Poor quality material, seams stitched inside out etc. No mention of 'Kylie' on the packaging, couldn't even spell 'Copyright' on the back. The items were returned using their returns process but months later ive have zero comms from them and no refund. I have now passed the matter to Visa for chargeback.

I was going to place an order and then I read the returns policy - which is in direct contradiction to the consumer contract regulations
which quite clearly state the following - "13. You should refund all monies received, including the outbound delivery
cost, within 14 days of cancellation of the services contract or within 14 days
of receiving goods back. If the consumer provides proof of return before you
receive the goods back, you should refund within 14 days of receiving that
proof. If the consumer chose to have the goods delivered by more expensive
means than the cheapest standard delivery option offered, you do not have to
refund the full outbound delivery cost, but only the cost of the standard
delivery option which the consumer could have chosen."
if the seller refuses to refund the standard outbound delivery charge I would suggest you report them to trading standards via Citizens advice and do a chargeback with your card provider to recoup the money

Yet another online retailer not doing a…
Yet another online retailer not doing a very good job.
My first order arrived today and somehow a packed set had 2 different sized items in it. Size 8-10 trousers and a size 16-18 top. This alone is frustrating.
Now I’m struggling to get hold of anyone to rectify the situation.
I’m hoping I’ll get a response soon, but judging by the other reviews on here, who knows?

Unfortunately still no good news here. My small order seems not to matter to these people. Trying to explain that I'm unable to visit a post office and need to therefore have a return collected isn't working. I fear this is money lost, something I can scarecely afford. All this for some new pyjamas because I've lost weight and I'm cold.
This is a company I won'r be returning to.

Money Taken False Pretences
I am absolutely appalled with this company. I paid for an order. I waited a long time so i emailed them to ask when should i expect to review my order.....i recurved no response so i emailed them again to ask for my money back this time they agreed i waited a week i received no money so i emailed again y they emailed me to day that refunds could take two weeks. Good knows where it was coming from but I've never had to wait to weeks for A refund let alone my money for good that we not sent!
