Lovely and cosy. My granddaughter loves it!

Ok this was cheap, I think on sale. Its heavy, fine with me, but not everyone likes such weight. It is boring grey, but fine I knew what colour it was. I bought it oversize because i like a large, wrap around me twice bathrobe. The material is lovely, thick and warm.the hood is gorgeous, come winter I will live in this.It does wash and dry well. My only gripe and the reason it gets 4 not 5 stars, the cord, unfortunately after the first wash several strands of material came loose, and there is now a hole about an inch long in the seam of the cord. I will sew this up because I do otherwise love it. Came well packaged and well within the time frame given. I'd rather give 4 and 3/4 stars but that's not a thing sadly.

Not the thickest towels on the market but ideal for what I wanted. Lovely colour. Speedy delivery.

Worth the wait
Duvet cover set was out of stock so the company emailed me when it was back in stock, delivery was on time and quick. The duvet set was just like the picture and very pleased with the quality. Exceptional value for money.

I ordered 2 cheap, lightweight towels from Olivia Rocco. I wanted cheap and cheerful because they dry more quickly.
I was not expecting anything special but what I definitely did not expect was to receive soiled, filthy towels with brown stains and black marks all over them. They were genuinely so gross that I felt sick. I have absolutely no idea how these towels are stored or how it is even possible for them to become that disgusting in storage. They have gone straight in the bin.
Unbelievably unhygienic, I would never ever purchase from this place again.

Ordered these tea towels they was delivered on time and didn’t wait long for them nice tea towels will buy from these again.

I already owned two of these laundry baskets and was so pleased with them I decided to buy two more to use for storage . Three things I love about them - they are great value for money, are attractive and can be used to store a variety of things.

If I could give a 0 I would. I am a 55yr old woman in a powered wheelchair. I bought a bedding set on TikToc from this company, I didn’t even take it out of the packaging and could see it wasn’t the right colour, I have provided the EVRI receipt and the emails from this company saying thank you for sending your return, I have provided this proof to the seller and Tik Toc of the emails thanking me for my return and now still saying they haven’t received the parcel when I have the receipt and proof in emails of which I sent to them and still refusing to refund my money.
Absolutely disgraceful and will never buy from TikToc or this company until I receive my refund,how much more proof do they need

Sent wrong curtains. Having trouble getting what I ordered, even though it was not my error.
Emailing returns details from royal mail, used through the link the company sent me, still asking for proof of return.

I am still without my order or refund. and can't finish my room. Really disappointed.
