Purchase a what I thought was extra large bath room mat. The bathroom is large
an double bed could fit in to.
The item arrived and was a standard size mat.
I returned the item November, 8th 2025 due the size not what I expected. I ordered an extra large bath mat instead I received an ordinary small size matt.
Due to Christmas period and I was patience regarding the refund.
I had heard anything from the supplier.
Overall a very poor experience with Olivia Rocco a painful woeful with outlet returned item unfortunately I have misplaced the receipt from the post office but for less than £10 I expected them to put that money back in my account that you had received a confirmation of the item being dropped off and scanned in at the post office.
Contact them via email, supplier wholesale whom ever I have not been credited me back the £8 for the item I would not buy a single thing from this website ever again…
difficult rare experiences where a supplier has refused to refund any item. I’ve shopped online as for years and as long as the thing is sent back in good order with the label not wore not soiled or used so the supplier can even discount or do whatever they need to do but like for like they shouldn’t happen.
I will never purchase or recommend them as a reliable, honourable online transaction. The it’s not a significant amount it’s just based up on the trust principles which we all shop under now in this transactional sales world and the fact that they’re not going refund the money I just find it this disgusting.

Ordered a variety of nightwear in the sale because the prices were too good to miss but I wasn't too convinced they'd be decent quality. After a very short wait they arrived and I was delighted by the quality and style...delightful patterns. So nice to find a trustworthy company which is based in England on Facebook!

Dressing gown lovely and soft but very thin. And not made very well. Delivery ok.

The sheets smelt awful and took a couple of washes instead of just one. The dressing gown is lovely but poorly made i had to repair belt loops and hanging hook.
Ordering was easy and payment. Delivery was good too. Just quality of dressing gown and smell.

Product not fit for purpose as it doesn't fit and offered 20% refund do not buy!
I bought the Olivia Rocco Royal Damask Duvet Cover Set on Amazon. I was not thrilled with it but I liked the reverse side so kept it. I washed it as I do all new linen. I put it on my standard kingsized duvet to find it is too small. I contacted the seller through Amazon and was offered a 20% refund and I could keep the defective product that doesn't fit. I reported it and followed the instructions but I have to pay to return the set, I don't have the packaging as I threw it away, as I have never had bedding that doesn't fit! So I probably won't get a full refund and out of pocket to return it! Absolutely disgusting and I will never buy your products again.
To follow on from the reply from Olivia Rocco. I understand that your product was sold through 3rd party sellers but you manufactured a product that is for a kingsized duvet and your product doesn't fit.

Poor quality and fault pyjamas
Ordered two sets of pyjamas. Both the same size but massively different in fit. Both have developed holes along the seam after just one wear. Would not recommend. Have requested a refund. Will update once I have a reply.
