Excellent customer service
Excellent help given from Sam in the Harrogate store. She was extra helpful and took the time to give me guidance over the phone after visiting the store which was greatly appreciated. The recommendations for the rug, chair and cushions were fantastic and really helped me make the right choices. Excellent customer service!

Great branch with superb staff who aim to delight - and succeed!
Excellent customer service at Harrogate Branch. Very warm welcome, after amazing communications before my visit. Recommended a reliable local man and van for delivery. The whole team was unfailingly helpful, especially Michelle and her store manager. The store is immaculately kept, very well located opposite the park and is both well stocked with a pleasantly designed layout. I will be back next month!

Great store layout with a diverse…
Great store layout with a diverse selection of beautiful home interior items. Bought a number of items lamps, and wicker blanket box. Their faux orchids are so realistic too.
Service is always good and not too pushy. Very respectful and knowledgeable.

Lovely Faux Flowers but Poor Delivery
I ordered two additional faux flower items to add to the beautiful ones which I purchased from the Harrogate store. However, the cost of delivery was an extortionate £10 for 2 extremely lightweight items and when delivered the box was battered and the top ripped off exposing the contents. Hence 3 stars.

I only went into OKA Harrogate to look…
I only went into OKA Harrogate to look for a lamp. It was my first visit and Claire & Carole made it very special. They were lovely. So much so that I left with two cushions and a fancy tray. Shame about the lamp!

Quality service to match the goods
The service we have received from Oka has been incredible. Louisa Crossman has been so incredibly helpful ensuring we got the furniture we wanted for our new house. I don’t know what we would have done without her. The quality of the service matches the quality of the goods.

I love OKA as a brand ( only shop the sales due to price accessibility)... I called Zoe in the Harrogate store to get some bits shipped to me, the cushion covers I want were sold out, Zoe recommended another cover that may suit my needs more, she was totally right 👍, the delivery cost is a bit steep at £10, will be calling Harrogate store again x

I travel to England often and wherever my travels take me I always look for an OKA store. I absolutely love the home and garden decor! How lucky for me at my latest travels I was able to visit your Harrogate store. I was just going to look. How foolish am I? With sales personnel such as Claire and Michelle no way was I leaving without purchasing!! They are absolutely top tier and I appreciated their help very much. They were right - all of my purchases look fabulous! I have received countless compliments from family and friends on all my latest OKA treasures. None of this would have happened without the careful attention to detail Claire and Michelle gave me. A million thanks to them and high praise to OKA for employing such exceptionally talented people. Please note: I don’t have exact date of my experience but it was this past July and I didn’t want another day to past without giving a shout out to how wonderful your store and personnel are!

The prints I wanted were in the sale…
The prints I wanted were in the sale with 30%off however the prints were to pre order & I had to pay £30 delivery as could not order to collect from store, I rang the Harrogate store to ask if they could order the prints for me & they advised they actually had the pair of prints on display in their store & allowed me to purchase them. I got the 30% off & could collect so saved on delivery fees too
