Great little sofa side tables
Superb instore experience, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Was able to take the tables I bought home with me carefully wrapped by the assistant helping me.

Tremendous thanks to Fiona at Guildford for searching for my various things, ringing me back promptly when she had found them, and then arranging via the office team for them to be posted to me. Guildford have helped me before, when I have been too dozy to sort things out in London before they went out of stock there, and I have always been struck by how friendly they were. Thank you!

Fantastic brand, excellent service!
The store itself is very welcoming and the furniture and artwork is presented in an inviting manner. We were greeted and offered assistance by Will - he then helped us with locating items of interest and physically moving certain items so that we could see whether the combination of the individual pieces worked well together.
We felt no pressure whatsoever and Will also helped us overcome a potential delivery issue.
The service was nothing short of brilliant!

I came into the store as it looked stunning
I came into the store as it looked like an oasis of calm and beauty after an awful afternoon ar Surrey County Hosp.. a lovely conversation with a wonderful lady was the perfect remedy for a grim day.. Came home with a beautiful throw too. Can't thank her enough..apologies, her name escapes me..

Aperfect shopping experience
Aperfect shopping experience! The Oka store in guildford is fantastic - it has fantastic displays of almost all of Oka’s product lines. We were served by Pollyanna who was both personable and professional.
She guided us in our choices plus highlighted things we hadn’t considered. Oka are very lucky to have her!

Worth a look
This is one of those shops that it is really enjoyable to have a wander around. As an owner of a new flat it’s also a great place to look for new furniture.

Eglee in Guildford was superb and so…
Eglee in Guildford was superb and so helpful matching a rug with our lounge colour scheme. She went beyond to photoshop what the rug might look like in situ. As a result we bought other items in the store.
