Great customer service from Debbie and…
Great customer service from Debbie and Tracey at the OKA Froxfield store. We were missing one dining chair for our new Edmund dining table set and after a call with the branch, they had one in store and held it back for me. Ir was there waiting for me today and they honoured the online sale price also. Very happy with my purchase and the service all round!

Fantastic experience and thoughtful service
We had a wonderful experience at the Froxfield store and Debbie in particular was very attentive and thoughtful and helped us with our purchases from start to finish. Delivery by Dennis was within 24 hours of the purchase. Could not ask for more!

The staff were lovely no pressure…
The staff were lovely no pressure selling and let you enjoy looking . They reserved an item for me until I could get to the shop the next day and make my purchase. Really helpful sent over images the day before. As this store was quite a distance .I have shopped with you for many years it’s always a pleasure. Unusual experience
Bit of a weird experience! Walked in and all 3 staff sitting around till area, nobody got up to help or offered help and we had to walk back to the tills to ask questions. Didn't have what we wanted and managed to send us out of the store with 2 mismatched items since hadn't checked label on stockroom item because it was wrapped up. Better service on calling and then ordering a matched pair but then had to drive back to store to pick up new items. Very pleased in the end but disappointing first impressions

Super Service
The whole experience was up to the usual high standard that we are used to at Froxfield
On the last two visits Beth, Sandra, Debbie and Angela were all extremely helpful.
Angela and Beth were working on our first visit, on the 5th July when we made a large order for delivery, and Beth, Sandra and Debbie for our second visit today, 19 July, when we purchased another expensive item.
We will now be looking forward to returning to Froxfield again.

Great customer service
Very helpful staff when I was trying to purchase a cushion which kept going out of stock. Located stores with stock for me and I was able to purchase from the store and have delivered to my home. All staff really helpful and cushion arrived promptly.

I rang the store as it was showing that they had a out of stock item , Debbie told me me that the items had been sold ,but looked at available stock online which had until a little while before was showing as out of stock and not available until January 27 .
Debbie sent me the link and stayed online until I had finished my purchase .
Debbie was helpful efficient and very friendly and has a first class approach to customer service
