I have used the Oil Club for many years now and find the service to be reliable. The price quoted is the price you pay with no added extras. When I have had a problem with the supplier, the customer service from the Oil Club is helpful and efficient.
Delivery is usually even earlier than initial estimate. Can confidently recommend their service.

Unlike boiler juice and oil companies . Who all want to charge hidden admin fees on top and some even want to charge you extra if you order from them on there web site.

I need a 4 wheeler tanker to deliver to…
I need a 4 wheeler tanker to deliver to me and I have issues getting one through Oil-Club. I have not selected 4 wheeler and not gotten a delivery, I have selected 4 wheeler and not gotten a delivery but I also have previously selected a standard tanker and received a delivery! In that case the tanker driver has had to reverse for a mile along an off-road track, not great for the poor lad. Other than that I source my own through Boilerjuice and they often have the same or very similar pricing and also direct to a local supplier. So ultimately it comes down to service and supporting the local supplier for a few pennies per litre. For me, I can no longer recommend Oil-Club as it's not worth the stress of 'Am I going to get a delivery or not!'

Unfortunately without your information I cannot access your account and see what your specific situation is. If you did want us to look into it please feel free to drop us an email at enquiries@oil-club.co.uk.
Instead I will provide a generalised response which I hope will suffice. It sounds like your property is slightly harder to get to than the average roadside drop. 4 wheeler tankers are not all a standardised size, each supplier has varying sized 4 wheeler tankers so where some may fit, others wouldnt. And it even goes down to the specific driver, some may be more willing to try to get down an off-road track, and some will not want to try, maybe they have a 4 wheeler that is on the larger side, or they are not quite such experienced drivers, etc. Each supplier also has their own rules for what they allow their drivers to risk or not, so there will be a number of factors at play. If you are consistently having issues with 4 wheeler deliveries, I would say you are probably requiring a baby tanker, in which case we cannot help sadly, as the smallest tankers we can offer are 4 wheelers.
All of our orders go direct to local suppliers too, the only difference is we dont charge a £10 processing fee to our members, we charge them nothing.

A good way to get best value for money
Have been a member of The Oil-Club for 6 years and had only great experience with.
The weekly price offers are very competitive (usually the cheapest!) and the communications and the website is user-friendly and leaves nothing wanting.
It would be good, if orders under 500 litres could also be placed, but if this is what keeps them afloat, it`s only a minor inconvenience.
Could only recommend wholeheartedly!

Reliable and competitive prices
I used oil-club for over a decade (2013-2025) while living in an oil fired farmhouse. In that time they consistently produced competitive quotes, supplied small tanker deliveries, gave sufficient notice and turned up at convenient times, allowing for early deliveries when requested.

Tibbenham Oil Club Norfolk
I have been with the Oil Club since 2011 when I moved to Banham in Norfolk. I have always had a good service at competitive rates and the Tibenham oil club has been easy to deal with. The oil suppliers have always been excellent too. I am leaving as I have recently had a heat pump installed but I’m grateful for Daniela and her team on the energy support they have given me over the last 14 years.

We've been using the Oil Club for over…
We've been using the Oil Club for over six years and have had nothing but good service. The prices always seem fair and it saves us having to phone round all the different suppliers. We always get warning of the delivery day in good time.
We've no hesitation in recommending the Club to the new occupiers of our house.

Is The Oil-Club failing?
I put in an order on 21 Mar 25 and now nearly a month later this has not even been put to a supplier. On 2 Apr 25 I messaged and received a reply that "we had hoped to order for your club again this weekend (29-30 Mar 25) but unfortunately we were not able to secure a competitive bulk purchase rate for your club ... We hope to try next weekend (5-6 Apr 25) now ...". As at 15 Apr 25 no order has been placed.
On the Oil-Club home page, a message says "We are now ordering for your club 4 times a month". This is not correct.
Is the Oil-Club failing and is it incapable of providing a workable service?

Thank you for your feedback and I'm very sorry to hear of your experience this time around.
For 98+% of the country we order every weekend, 52 weeks a year. However, in some more remote areas or smaller clubs this may be every other week, and in the very remote areas of Scotland and Wales this could be once a month, in order for us to build a group order.
Also, during volatile times, such the past few weeks, if we feel suppliers rates in an area are too high compared to other areas we may reject prices, as these companies will probably have a wet depot, meaning they have stock they need to dispose of at a higher price and will try to sell it off wherever they can, which we don't accept.
For these reasons, we always advise members to add their order when they have at least 6 to 8 weeks supply left, to allow some buffer room incase of a delay in ordering, delivery issues, or national supply shortages.
We are very sorry again for the delay you have experienced this time around. We are continually doing what we can to improve and grow the business so I hope this wont be an issue for you going forward, and that you consider giving us another chance in the near future.
