Officeworks put OW in their model numbers so they will never have a exact model number outside of Officeworks to price match. It's all for show. How dishonest can a company be.

This is not the first time this has happened, but it will certainly be the last. I work alone so rely heavily on deliveries so I can remain onsite. Office Works have delivered a parcel that not only isn't mine, but the contents don't match the picking ticket, or the label on the outside. So 3 customers are getting stung today. Then it takes forever to get hold of someone as they just want you to talk to chat bots, I apologise for my airing my frustrations to the call centre staff.....I am done, thank you and good night Office Works!

I ordered business cards only to find out 5 days later they are coming from Sydney, not my local Bathurst.
I would have ordered from Vista or Canva if I had known it will still probably be another week

I used to love going to Officeworks, so my comments relate to the last 2 years where they have lost their way big time! Over the last 2 years and on multiple occasions I have been unable to purchase high value items that are clearly ticketed on the shelf, or advised as being in stock, only to find at the checkout they dont have the item. Why waste my time and in the end my dollars I used to happily give you. On one occasion they bounced me between stores to buy an iPad only to send me back to the original store I started at. Anyway I have decided enough is enough and I will spend my hard earned dollars online with Amazon, so I emailed them twice to ask for assistance to close my business account - well done Officeworks, no response in over 4 weeks. I will never set foot back into an Officeworks Store with such an appalling level of Customer Service!

I was charged for a printing job that was unsuccessful. The staff member assured me that the amount would be automatically refunded, but the refund was never processed.

I contacted Customer Service, provided my receipt, and requested an update, but I have received no assistance at all. My emails have also gone unanswered, and no one has provided any update or attempted to resolve the issue.

It's very disappointing that such a simple refund has taken so long and that there has been no communication from Customer Service. I expected much better support from Officeworks.

Absolutely no customer service, website information re stock is incorrect. I will never shop there again!!

Please guys under no circumstances ever use PayPal to pay for a product for Officeworks they are not able to refund you. It has been two weeks. I still haven’t got my refund. I’ve rung up 22 times. No one can help. I went into the store and the product doesn’t even exist on my account. Do not use Officeworks.

Ordered A4 prints, Est 2 days. 1 week later I call them and they say they haven't started.
Never Ever use this service, it's disgracefully run.

Don't waste your money or time getting your pictures printed through office works. We had photos printed in store & tried online from home & pick up. The quality is beyond terrible.

- We paid invoice 27/05/26. We sent remittance to the correct remittance email address, that I have confirmed for fact, but I don't want to dox them. That first sent of remittance went out 27/05/26
- Invoice still showing as unpaid all throughout June.
- We send remittance again 01/06/26
- We send remittance again 24/06/26
- We send remittance again 30/06/26. This time I loop in our account manager and customer service. The latter responds that they will fix this issue immediately. - 01/07/26 we receive an email notifying us that our account has been blocked because this invoice, which we paid over a month ago, is still overdue on their system.
-Issue continues off and on throughout July. Our accounts manager and another team member take our account off hold and it gets put back on hold.
- Today 24/7 - our account is ONCE AGAIN on hold for 3x invoices all of which are PAID. One of them was paid in DECEMBER 2025 and is an earlier remittance issue that I had fixed with them. Only a truly hopeless AR team could have snowballed this into such a massive issue.

I would recommend anyone considering a 30-day business account to look elsewhere. If you're in construction Tradeline Site Solutions have stepped in to take over most of our office amenities and we're very happy with them. I'm on the brink of cancelling our entire 30-day account. While I don't blame our account manager it's obvious that officeworks at large simply doesn't care about their customers because this is the worst experience I've had with any business ever. It is gross incompetence and there is no other word for it. I also work in accounts, I know what they need to do and it is extremely basic. The fact that they're failing to do so is an embarrassment. But based on the rating officeworks have here they clearly do not care.

Update - 30/7 - finally a resolution. It only took a month

Absolutely disgusting and appalling store the manager alma is a racist who racial profiles someone I changed my mind on a purchase it was within the 30 days time frame I returned it to the store unopened the manager alma treated me like absolute garbage opened the phone checked all the serials as if it wasn’t the phone clearly its unopened I had my proof of purchase receipt he approved the refund to my mistake I used the wrong card for the refund on my savings card instead of my credit card as it was returned to the incorrect card my mistake however the very next day he emailed the banking team and had the refund reversed ok no issue that’s fine so I go back in store to get a refund on my credit as he has taken the phone and I still haven’t got my money yet told me by Friday it would be back on my credit card it’s now Friday no refund is on my credit card and I’m at a loss of a phone and $797.00 so he calls me Thursday and tells me all this nonsense he fully went to far and keeps telling me it’s up to the banking team no mate you refund my money that I work hard for you have taken the phone back and taken the money and expect me to cop what u did no I have now escalated this to then ACCC and Fair Trading NSW also have gone and made a complaint about his customer service and treatment of myself accusing me and defaming my character to Wesfamers head office and Officeworks head office I will never shop at this retailer particularly this store stay way guys discriminate you yet I had proof of purchase dumb f### never shop here again and stay away they are the worst to deal with but I’ll keep pushing for what is legally mine thank you

My experience with then was good i bought macbook and they were able to beat price by 5% as well.

Absolutely disappointing took my money then 3 days later tell me my product is not available refund money not until after I complained I have to wait 3 business days for refund niw haven't got what I need for school can't bye it until after I start school

I ordered online rather than click and collect because the information said that my order would be delivered next day. Then I check the tracking on the order and it will not be delivered for 2 days. I rang to change my order from delivery to click and collect and was told a flat NO … very poor service Officeworks

Headphones were faulty initially. Local store (Five Dock) refused to take seriously. Item finally died. They said they couldn't replace, as this was now some weeks after purchase! Sent off for repairs. It is now four weeks later, no updates, NO HEADPHONES. I paid hundreds of dollars for these, but I have no headphones. Contacted customer service, spoke to George, he said no one is available in the whole company to help me, sorry.

Disguisting company to do business with (the online store). After a delivery that was never attempted they are unable to process the refund even after 5 days and multiple calls/chats. Its always wait for 24 hours like in a loop for days.
After waiting on hold you are hit with the most incompetent English illiterate staff.
Mofos if you are able to do same day delivery, surely you should be able to get your item back same day and process the refund, what a thieving business

I ordered a print run of some books, said over night so I paid the extra, once I had paid it then changed the date to 5 days later . Today is was meant to be delivered and it had not arrived so I checked tracking it said out for delivery and will take another 6 days?? When I contacted office works they have said it hasn’t been printer yet. I asked if I can pick it up instead and they said they can’t make any changes to the order.
Don’t use this service I now don’t know what I am going to do because I need it for the weekend and it is Friday afternoon. No help was offered when I contacted, only an apology, which I appreciate however doesn’t fix the problem.
