I found the staff friendly, knowledgable and professional. There are a good number of steps to the vehicle financing system and I was helped and guided through the process every step of the way
I was also able to communicate with them using email, phone, text and WhatsApp. This was very helpful due to work commitments and life in general
Overall, I am very happy with the deal, high levels of customer service and care

Went to dealership to view a car, they introduced me to Octane and got a much better APR.
Quick turnover and everything was done so quickly, very efficient service. Would highly recommend.

Made it all easy for me, approved quickly even though I don’t have the best credit, they managed to find me a much better deal than other lenders offered and great communication whenever I asked for updates. I’m currently sat waiting for my new vehicle to be delivered 🙏
