I was very disappointed
I was very disappointed with my experience with Octane Finance. I had completed all the required checks, including verifying my ID, and had arranged to collect my new car, which was over 3 hours away. I had also cancelled the insurance on my previous car in preparation for the handover.
Then, at 4:55pm on the day before collection, I received a call saying my ID had not been verified. I know I had completed this step, so it seems there was an error somewhere in their process. What was most frustrating was that this wasn't flagged earlier, despite them having the whole day to contact me.
As a result, I had to cancel everything and arrange finance with another company. I don't know if this was an isolated incident, but it caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I was very disappointed with the level of communication and organisation.

Know their stuff, excellent
I found the staff friendly, knowledgable and professional. There are a good number of steps to the vehicle financing system and I was helped and guided through the process every step of the way
I was also able to communicate with them using email, phone, text and WhatsApp. This was very helpful due to work commitments and life in general
Overall, I am very happy with the deal, high levels of customer service and care

Went to dealership to view a car, they introduced me to Octane and got a much better APR.
Quick turnover and everything was done so quickly, very efficient service. Would highly recommend.
