I haven't had a chance to put the program to work but so far I'm happy with the setup. It's been very easy

It's hard to contact and took longer than expected

So far this program has worked as explained. I completed my first assignment on Monday and waiting for acceptance of my report.

I got a surprise bonus of $50 in gift cards once my first review was accepted! That was awesome. I loved reviewing the restaurant and the wait was worth it.

So far it’s been nice there’s some restaurants that are closed. So it’s always good to do a background check on the restaurant before choosing it. The missions are accepted pretty quickly the most it takes is about 48-72 hrs. I love this type of job because it’s a nice way to make extra cash. My constructive criticism would be to keep evolving and upgrading the technology. Maybe try to make an app or an online hub where the jobs can be accepted quicker. This is a great model I’m not complaining at all. I just think it can improve on the freedom of just picking an available mission and having the ability to get straight to it. Especially in today’s time. Everything is so fast paced. People just want to hit the ground running. And be their own bosses, even in little ways. Other than that. Thank you for creating a job like this. It’s ground breaking and has a very high potential for greater success. In the near future!

I’m still waiting for my approval. Also, I signed up for the sticker campaign and can’t figure out how to add more.

Restaurant.com doesn’t have many restaurants worth going to so it’s pointless to be paid with restaurant.com gift cards. Useless.

Still waiting for the refund for the many charges to my credit card for one membership.

The initial account set up was fairly simple through my email account. However I wish there was an option to install your app through Google play or apple, the site I had log onto to set up my
account wasn't secure. I believe that would further streamline the process for more effective communication and review documentation in the future.

I've just signed up with this company and have twice been asked to give a rating. I haven't done the review of the restaurant yet so I don't feel like I've had any experiences with secret food shopping yet.
The site is easy to use and I've been in touch with customer service with questions which went wonderfully well.
My only constructive criticism is to wait until reviews have been done before sending out user reviews. I took one star off for that.

Once I know this answer, you at observations have hired the best tester in all of Hawaii!
