Love this program. Can’t give out the sauce come find out everyone

I signed up for the 7 day trail membership but was charged $47 + $40 + $37. I requested them to cancel my membership via the Chat as well as responding to their welcome emails, but haven't received any response. there's no way to cancel your membership online and no phone # to call. Doesn't look very professional or legit.

I was charged immediately instead of the $1 trial membership $41 for the trial and membership fee which was not ok.

1st week here so I don't have many observations. I am learning I want to earn a dollar amount not points or a chance to win something

it seems easy but it isn't! They reject reviews for any reason, so you waste your time and money by prioritizing affiliated restaurants. Coupons are also not easily accepted, not to mention the difficulty of canceling the membership with them, I've been trying for 15 days already!

So far the company has showed me that it is not a scam by doing all that it said it would do. I recently just received my first pay out and now I’m awaiting my second job. I would have loved to give 5 stars but I am just getting started.

At first it's seems like it might be a Good work experience but no mater how many applications I turn in or surveys I completed it seems like im never gonna make any money or get a job especially since im spending hrs just trying to fill out applications and after every section I get a never ending advertisements I have have to skip or I get redirected to whatever which will not let me complete the first application

Still pretty green but getting setup and understanding how, what and where was made very easy with all the information provided! Even reached out by email to male sure I was receiving the emails with very informative information. I gave 5 stars due to my overall experience has been wonderful!

I haven't had a chance to use the app yet, but I am looking forward to using it and having a great experience.

The company is great but only drawback is the gift cards are for restaurant.com and they don't give gift cards any longer on that site. Also restaurant.com doesn't answer emails any more either. I have 7500 points on their site from reviews I can't redeem because restaurant.com won't assist.

What you are doing exceptionally well is communicating promptly and providing clear answers to the question I have had, one of which is still pending.
I recommend reviewing the information that a prospective secret shopper reads. It is the first impression he/she gets and is critical as to whether it will influence a person to proceed with the process of becoming a secret shopper. I think some of that information is unclear. For example, at one point the prospective secret shopper is told to inquire of the business he has been given authority to shop that one question should be asked is whether it honors a specific gift card. The immediate question that came to me was that asking that question would give away the fact that you were going do a review of their establishment. That may or may not be the case but it should be made clearer in the information being presented.
One other example is the section explaining the process of charging the new shopper's card for the 1st year's membership. It suggests that there will be $1.00 charge followed by a $39.00 charge. However, when the charges are posted there is an additional $40.00 charge for upgrading the membership. That isn't clear in the information given and, in my opinion, that should be addressed.
A third item that isn't specifically addressed is that a new shoppers first assignment is at his expense and is, in essence, reimbursed after the fact. That is the question I asked that is still pending.
Overall, I am initially impressed by the obvious desire to help new shoppers get on board successfully and then to help them be successful as secret shoppers.

I just started this app and am waiting for my approval to go review but it has been very easy to manage the app and all the options it gave me was great as well I like that I can sport the logo on my car n get paid on that as well so all in all this app def gets 10/10 !!

Getting things done

In August I wrote to say I was happy to have signed up; however, since then I have had nothing but negative experiences. First off, I accepted a job only to find out that the restaurant doesn't exist anymore and hasn't for months. Yet Observati is still advertising the job after I told them the place is out of business! I called another restaurant on the list and found out they do not accept Restaurant.com gift cards. Their prices are premium, so it's not worth my time to review them- I will be in the hole. Today I opened the chat menu, but it's not actually chat- it's email, and they tell you they "usually" respond in a few minutes. Well, it's been two hours and--crickets. I had intended to let them know my area has slim pickings and that I'm considering canceling my membership. Do yourself a favor- check out the offerings individually before investing time and effort. And if I were you I would not be suckered into the "double commission" scheme. I have to agree with everything contributor Luna has said today.

I enjoy having the option to try new restaurants and give my honest opinion about it. Only reason I took a star off is because it’s difficult trying to redeem the online gift cards. Overall, I love the new opportunities available and I get to choose how often I review. It’s an excellent experience and I’m happy to be apart of it.

Just getting started with my first restaurant review scheduled for tomorrow. Overall, I think you're doing a good job. Sometimes though, things are a bit wonky. The explanations of procedures are unnecessarily complicated (IMO). My "Approved Job" page tells me there is a gift card available for my first review but when I check under the "Gift Card" tab there are no gift cards available. I asked about this in a chat about 4 days ago and have received no response as of today.
