Aside from being able to earn money doing something I already do, I'm happy with the relative simplicity of signing up and working through the process. Getting paid supplemental income while enjoying a date or eating alone couldn't be any easier or more pleasant.

My experience is great because I signed up right after I quit my stressful job; I can do everything at my own pace and don't have to stress.

I just signed up recently and set out to do my first review earlier tonight. When I went to click on the restaurant I wanted to do, I then found out that there are certain times that you should be going / not going, and especially tighter on Premium restaurants. Pretty straightforward instructions on what pictures are required at the restaurant, but didn't like the fact that you have to claim the job but wait for their approval. All that said, decent diversity among available restaurants, and the ability to submit restaurants to add that aren't on the list. Looking forward to the next week and beyond!

this is a scam!! I went to 2 restaurants and submitted reviews for both, the 1st review never went any where and the 2nd restaurant review was denied with no reason given. I have reached out to customer service multiple times with no response as to why I never received payment! Besides spending my own money in the first place including a membership fee that won't be refunded I was never compensated!!

I could not rate iCoffee House. They serve coffee and pastries. That's it! Would you please remove it from my shops.

It was very easy to submit my first Premium Restaurant Review. Your instructions are straight forward and I enjoyed eating at the Restaurant and didn't feel overwhelmed by having to take just 3 pictures and eating during the hours I was instructed to do so either.

Quick observation from a new perspective... In just 3 days I've received over 15 emails from your company. That's very confusing to someone who just signed up. There must be an easy way to condense that information into a streamlined onboarding process that makes the newcomers first experience with Observati a more positive experience.

I was attempting to sign up for the service and selected the $1 7-dat trial and $39/yemr after that. However, I was charged $40 today.

Lots of info to get through. Thats good. A couple things are a bit cloudy for me. The subject of Gift cards is unclear for me. Directions say get one.....

To start this adventure, I chose in and out burger, thinking easy for the first one to try out this process. First issue Gift card. Next only go between 2 & 5 that's awkward. But ok.
I am in a rural area can I add a zip code to my area?

Any issue I had was resolved in a timely manner & that means a lot in todays world.

My experience with them has been phenomenal!! They have awesome choices on restaurants to review and the incentive is so helpful to go eat at a restaurant and it is very helpful for the people eating and reviewing the food and environment, how it looks and how it works. I got my gift card to eat very quickly and I look forward to becoming a premium member.

I had a little trouble at first navigating where to login and put my password in lol. But I had prompt attention to my email. Thank you for that. I appreciate you getting back to me so fast so all in all I would give it a four out of five mainly because I haven’t finished the job yet so I couldn’t do a five out of five until I finish the entire process. I hope you understand. Thank you. Keep up the great work.

I love being able to make money this way. I studied marketing and this type of study is important.

This is a review for all that people that want to work with Observati. I have worked with them for 8 months or maybe more, I am not sure actually. When I lost my job, I was thinking, this would be a good resources of income while I found other job, but this was a huge mistake. With Observati you have to visit a restaurant but you have to pay for the food and Observati never pay back the money that you expend and when you send the review, they pay between $10-$20 and the rest of the money with Restaurant.com gilf card that never work. My advice don't waist your time and money with Observati. You can work better with Sinclair or Bestmark.

Having this opportunity allows my wife and I to celebrate almost 50 years of our friendship together! We look forward to doing more shop surveys, and also reaping the gift cards for more shops.

So far so good. I just started and am excited to try one!
