This website is an absolute scam
This website is an absolute scam. Please bring your reports on them to the Commerce Commission, you can fill out a form there. They lure you in with reasonable mid-range prices and product images all of which they can't deliver as advertised at all. I made an order at midnight for Same-Day Delivery charged at $19.90 but I did not get a tracking number the whole day. I called customer service twice and they assured me that they will make delivery to residential addresses in Auckland by 8pm but I still did not get any tracking information and the item did not arrive at all, by which point I could have bought my own flowers and delivered them myself. It was for an important occasion.

Avoid like the plague
I am based in the UK and wish I had searched and read reviews here first! False advertising as I was looking for a local florist to deliver to a grieving family member and wanted fresh flowers, not dehydrated cardboard. They came up on my Google search engine as being based in the centre of Whanganui. They didn’t answer my email about an enquiry if they had got the text for my card.
Next thing I know I get an automated email informing me that the “flowers” had been dispatched from their Auckland warehouse.
They are nothing short of scammers, as the myriad of reviews here testify.
As yet another mug who has fallen for their scam, I will be placing another order with a more reputable company, not some NZ based scammer laughing all the way to the bank.

Same day delivery didn't happen because "There was too much traffic," next day delivery was late and they still haven't reached out regarding a partial or full refund. Once they arrived, the flowers didn't even last a week on display. Horrible business, horrible standards, horrible people.
Do not order from this company
I bought a sympathy bouquet for my cousin, but they arrived with browning leaf tips and the roses were far too open, also browning a little.
I emailed NZ Blooms the next day, but because I used their order-notification email address it wasn't received. My second attempt was inadvertently sent to NZ Bloom... a totally different company. They let me know they have received many similar emails complaining about NZ Blooms, and told me they are not a NZ founded company.
When I finally made contact with NZ Blooms I asked them to send a fresh replacement bouquet. I sent screenshots of my previous emails showing the dates, to prove i had tried to email the very next day. They responded with a template email saying they can only address complaints lodged within 24 hours.
Wish I had checked out these reviews first!

Well, where do I start! Ordered flowers online from Australia on a Friday evening. Gave instructions to deliver Saturday 11.30 (happy a delivery anytime on the Saturday). They sent them from Auckland to Gisborne by NZ Courier. Delivery will not make it ontime obviously because of the long drive there. Instead the flowers arrived in Gisborne sometime late evening then went into storage till Monday. I left instructions to ring a NZ phone number, my sister. You would think they would ring a local florist to have them delivered same day but nope. Nobody thought to do that. Nobody thought to ring me, nobody thought to send an email or text. Flowers arrived on Monday for my niece that graduated on Saturday. She does not live in Gisborne she lives in another city but had her grad there. She did not get her flowers. After to and fro, to and fro, ringing customer services, getting hung up on I finally got through. I finally got a reply after sending an email through on the Thursday because non of those emails on their website are contactable. So what they offered was not my money back but a $30 voucher to buy more fricken flowers! Heck, what the heck! Don't use these guys. My order was $130..it never made it on time and the flowers were wiltered. Fresh my A**, Sameday deliver my A***.

Absolute scammers! This is an Indian company set up to scam people out of their money. The pictures on their website are fake. Do not give them your credit card details!!!
They couldn't deliver as advertised
I needed flowers delivered the same day. Put in my order before the cuttoff. 2 hours later got a call from a +1888 (North American?) phone number and they explained the courier couldn't deliver the same day. I thought I was ordering from a local company. It's not. They agreed to refund my order. 5 minutes later, got a phone call from the same numer but a different person who was unaware that I had already been contacted. When I told them I had already requested a refund they made me wait on the phone while they checked that they would in fact be refundng the order. This was a total waste of time. I will stick with my local florist in future.

They have no good route for communication and will not provide an invoice, order confirmation, or delivery details. I have no clue if the product is being prepared or delivered.
I have demanded a refund and have received no acknowledgement.

Ordered at 9am well before the 1pm same day delivery cut off and flowers did not arrive that day have a tracking sent at 4pm they had been picked up by courier not even in the same city. Would not recommend!

do not use. i wish i read this page before using them. my good friends dad died and we tried to send flowers. i dont think they made it?? i am afraid to ask my friend. no correspondence from NZ Blooms. Email doesn't work, the chat bot doesn't work and the phone number doesn't work. Now getting multiple SPAM emails and IT service tickets

Very bad service! Ordered same day delivery before 1pm cut off. However the company fails clearly inform people that the flowers will only be delivered at 9 pm which is when they were delivered for my mum in the dark outside. Please inform your customers clearly about the residential delivery times when ordering instead of hiding it in your delivery policy which no one sees before purchasing! Will not be ordering here again!

I placed an order for same day delivery but then recieved notification that it wouldn't be until the next day. This did not suit so I cancelled the order half an hour after placing. As per the website free cancellations when cancelled within 1 hour of cancellation. I called to cancel this but was met with hosility and was hung up on 3 times. I was also told phone calls are recorded and asked fpr a copy as I had no warning calls are recorded (I think thats a lie) and I was told it was already packaged ready for the courier yet had no tracking number and it was literally half an hour afterplacing that I cancelled (so again another lie).
After multiple emails I was told I couldn't have a refund that they would hold it for anoither order for future use "in good faith". Absolutely not. They tried that line twice and I have recived an email saying it has been refunded but there are no funds in my account ergo another lie.
This is a comp[lete scam and was a complete nightmare.
Also to add I ordered through nz blooms yet all the communications and links in emails took me to another website "bloomex" dodgey af!

I would rate lower than 1 if I could! Completely disgusted. Really shitty customer service and no flowers after I ordered 5 days ago to be delivered today for my partners birthday. Do not order from this company, they are absolutely useless.

Had flowers delivered as a birthday gift to a relative in New Zealand and they were shocking. Nothing like I ordered and NOT supersized as requested. Emailed and had a response saying it was the correct order and refused to refund then ignored any messages. My bank got involved and refunded me. Do not order from this company as they are the worst!

Ordered the hugs and kisses II bouquet, delivered the next day. Flowers were completely different from what i had ordered. Email address and replying to their email that they sent bounced back. Rang them twice to get new email address for complaint. Send photos of what I had ordered and what I had received with complaint. They ask for the photo of the flowers again. Send it again. They respond to say that the flowers met their policy and it might be the difference from the colours on my monitor opposed to real life so they won't be doing anything more. They apologised for leaving off the card which I hadn't written or asked for. I wish I had found these reviews before spending money with this company. So disappointing.

The whitest experience I’ve had online for a while , still waiting a refund after being lied to about same day delivery, requested refund 3 times and kept being told they would send it anyway. Highley recommend you don’t use them and I would suggest the commerce commission look in to this scam
