If I could give 0 stars I would, this company is a scam , I ordered flowers for my daughter and they sent nothing like I ordered , a measly 4 flowers in a ugly vase NOT the beautiful bouquet and vase I had ordered and paid for ..terrible that they are allowed to carry on doing this to innocent consumers.

Terrible supplier, same day supposed service after numerous phone calls and 5days later a dead bunch if flowers..they will not refund my $25 same day service fee. 0 star rating.....Please dont waste your money people.

Terrible service - Advertised to look like a local company but the flowers were actually sent from Auckland. Delivery was 5 days late and flowers were in horrible condition. Customer service completely unhelpful. Do NOT use this company.

Spent $100 on flowers and they arrived late and completely different to what I ordered. I wanted a large bunch of coloured flowers and there were only 12 roses with a bit of green. Total disappointment

Ridiculous, I wish I had read these reviews. I made the order Thursday for a Friday delivery, it's now Monday. The flowers are trash. DO NOT BUY.

Please read reviews before spending your hard earned money with Bloomex. I was very disappointed with the service and the fact that they couldn't deliver the flowers when specified in my order. The man that called me - I have no idea where he was and when I told him of my disappointment in their service he just stopped talking to me. When he spoke he talked so fast with an accent that I had no idea who he was, where he was from and what he was trying to tell me. I then called back and got hold of someone else who could have been anywhere in the world as well and the service was just as bad. I did manage to get my full refund but they didn't offer it - I had to demand it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I didn’t read these reviews before ordering from this company as it had a co.nz address so my absolute bad.😓 Do not be duped like I was:( The website looks legit and promises delivery within 24 hours; mine was done 3 days later. What I ordered (birthday designer collection bouquet plus gourmet bundle) and what was delivered were very different (bunch of red roses and really cheap snacks). 1st red flag was when I didn’t get an email confirmation. I also paid for express delivery, but on the app (Shop) it switched to standard delivery and kept changing the delivery dates.

Zero stars. Terrible flower company with misleading marketing, shouldnt be allowed to trade in NZ. I googled flowers to be delivered to a certain town and the advert pops up for this company saying they deliver anywhere in NZ on the same day if you order by 1pm - complete lies. They put fresh flowers on a courier that takes 2 days to deliver - the result is dead flowers.

What a shocker. Flowers arrived today from my brother in Sydney..2almost dead cryptomeria and 10 budded roses which have seen better days awful not a nice look for my wife's 80th.gave all the guests a laugh.never again Bloomex

Don’t buy from Mel’s flowers! Says nationwide delivery flowers sent two days late from Auckland to Wellington. 24 flowers purchased and 6 were still alive. Total scam. Beware!!

Website is misleading. They don't offer same day delivery. They didn't provide the flowers I selected instead substituting them for ones I did not want. The quality odf the flowers were terrible, brown at all the edges. Plus I paid for what they call a supersize bunch. It was tiny, I dont think I would have been able to find them if I had gone for a smaller size. Fobb off when I raised this all with them. This company is a joke do not use. I wish I had researched before wasting my money and embarrassing myself by using them.

OMG, what have I done? I usually read every review known to man, but this experience has been beyond ridiculous. This company is a bunch of fraudsters.

My sister is unwell in the hospital and still hasn’t received her flowers. I’ve sent numerous emails and received zero response.

I will now be taking this further. A bunch of thieves. Stay away — this company doesn’t deserve a single star.

Ordered flowers via a legitimate-looking florist website " Mel's Flowers" who advertised Mon-Sat delivery. Requested Monday delivery for significant birthday. Received email from Bloomex (not Mel's Flowers) saying due to courier issue they couldn't deliver on the Monday but would prioritise delivery for Tuesday, and include omplimentary gourmet item. Tracking showed arrangement was collected Tuesday and not delivered until Wednesday afternoon. Flowers were not in optimum condition and gourmet item was a block of chocolate. Disappointed for my Mum on her 80th birthday.

I'd give them no stars if it were an option. Complete rubbish! Spoke to a woman over the phone and although I asked, she said they could complete the order. All lies. They have no idea what they are doing. They say they can do the job regardless and what it is, even when they would know they couldn't as the area was too far from their agent. A somber event, flowers arrived 4 days late, vase smashed and literally thrown around in a box. No one will answer the phone or reply to emails. Do not use.

Such a scam! Wish i had read the reviews - placed an order for a central wellington address and confirmed they could deliver it the same day. I paid by credit card and then two hours later got an email saying it was an "out of town" address and could not be delivered same day. When I tried to cancel and get a refund they wouldn't confirm it. I had to get my bank to stop payment. do not trust these people!!

So if I could give this company a 0 I would.
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday.
Appaling flowers, nothing like the advertisement, communication appalling.
Trying to offer me a 50% refund as there best offer yet offering me a full credit if I purchase from them again which I am loath to do.
Sadly there business model needs someone who cares to take over and provide the quality and service they advertise.

Absolutely digusting and pathetic excuse for a business.

I placed an order for same day delivery but then recieved notification that it wouldn't be until the next day. This did not suit so I cancelled the order half an hour after placing. As per the website free cancellations when cancelled within 1 hour of cancellation. I called to cancel this but was met with hosility and was hung up on 3 times. I was also told phone calls are recorded and asked fpr a copy as I had no warning calls are recorded (I think thats a lie) and I was told it was already packaged ready for the courier yet had no tracking number and it was literally half an hour afterplacing that I cancelled (so again another lie).
After multiple emails I was told I couldn't have a refund that they would hold it for anoither order for future use "in good faith". Absolutely not. They tried that line twice and I have recived an email saying it has been refunded but there are no funds in my account ergo another lie.
This is a complete scam and was a complete nightmare.

Also I ordered through NZblooms yet all comms came through bloomex. Total scam!

Ordered a specific floral arrangement and paid same day delivery fee, email received later that day to advise same day delivery not available and also out of stock of arrangement ordered, offered refund of same day delivery and complimentary vase or gourmet product to be added. When I asked for delivery date my email was not replied to. Requested cancellation via chat and email a day later after receiving another email stating flowers ordered not available and a substitute would be used. Rang call centre and requested cancellation and full refund, call centre kept repeating that cancellation would be sent but avoided the word refund by saying I would get an email received cancellation, upon my insistence she said cancellation AND refund. ( not holding my breath). SCAM business tactics. Would generally read reviews for travel,accommodation etc but assumed floral order safe, now wishing I had read reviews, Beyond dissapointed 😡
