You cancelled my order with no explanation, cleared my payment and then made me wait for my refund. All the time with no correspondence or replies to my communications.

Poor customer service.
Only a small bit of the delivery is missing which isn't the end of the world but two emails and a phone call later I still haven't got through to anyone. It has been 6 days since the first email. Maybe it is on it's way but I haven't heard anything.

Bought a number of these, generally last 5 years, bought this never cut well from the start, renewed blade, still not great. Yesterday motor blows.
Bought end of April. Not Makita quality, questionable ???

Nuts and bolts fine though communication very poor and items not as described on website. Website said that labels would be provided - no labels. Said bolts would be in Stanley box. They were not but in a cheaper brand that was not compatible with the other Stanley boxes. Bolts described as bright zinc but some were black. These not huge issues but no response after three email attempts and no phone number. Issues could have easily been resolved but no comms at all. So bad review.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
AVOID THIS COMPANY. If I could, I would give them a negative star rating. I ordered a compressor from this company. It did not arrive. I have tried repeatedly emailing and "chat" to contact the company and tell them of the problem. Zero response. Calling is impossible. Its been over 3 weeks now. I will get my credit card company to claw the already paid money back from this company. Don't do business with them.
