Staff at booking office are really helpful, the app was great especially when there was a lot of shift separation between heathcare and trained staff shift made it so much easier to pick shifts.

There service is second to none. It's a good company to work for. I have been working for them a year now and I'm still happy. I recommend them to anyone..

Great Nursing agency to work for they provide great pay rates, different weekly payment dates, mileage costs, great competitions often, They offer updated training and even pay for your yearly NMC registration.
I joined the Scottish Nursing Guild over 5 years ago and have always got the shifts I want to work, I have never had any issues with them. They pay you £300 also if you refer a friend, I honestly don’t think there is any other agency that treat their staff as well. Nicky 🙌😀

Working for the Scottish Nursing for a number of years now has been a privilege and I have nothing negative to say. Very supportive employer during difficult times.

I would recommend anyone in the caring profession to work for Scottish nursing guild they only except the best of the best to work for them I know it does take a few months to join but it's well worth it looking forward to another year working for the guild hopefully covid restrictions will lift soon so I can eventually get working in the Republic of Ireland as well as northern Ireland as I am at the moment

Enjoyed my time so far with the Scottish Nursing Guild. I have worked a good few shifts and have enjoyed the variety and choice of going places I wouldn't normally think of working in..
Recruitment process was relatively easy and quick. Every step of the way, you are told what is still needed to progress your application etc.
Only downside I would say is they seem reluctant or make it difficult to claim any incentives I.e the refer a friend scheme.. I am still waiting a response back for the bonus, but no one has got back to me and it has been a few weeks.. Terms and conditions mention nothing about a form, but when I do get a response email back, it states I have to provide the form I filled out, despite not knowing anything about a form..
Soured My opinion on the SNG just a bit.

SNG is an excellent employer. Employee concerns are treated in a very professional way. Anyone interested to join SNG should have a good understanding of the nature of its operations. I Would recommend it to any confident nurse.

Extremely helpful & friendly staff. Who are there to help guide employee’s though all situations. Flexible working conditions are very important to and of course excellent rates of pay.

SNG has changed over the years unfortunately. It used to be you would get offered shifts regardless, however these days it seems it’s only if your face fits, despite how good you are at your job.

The standard of guild nurses we are seeing working in the wards has also gone downhill, with some not even write nursing notes. Shocking really.
