I have been working full time for SNG for 5 years,
They are fantastic to work for, No problem getting shifts ,Friendly helpful staff , amazing pay rates and incentives.

Always very helpful and friendly staff to talk to.

The Guild promises a lot...but so far hasn’t really delivered.
Most staff pleasant to speak with but, sadly, they are let down by local Management/Team Leaders in terms of making them all aware of policies/eligibility for shifts/relevant work related training/communication within the team/team updates. SNG need to be more transparent with all new applicants (during application process) re suitability for immediate work in various work areas. It’s been disappointing following the lengthy application process to be advised of the numerous areas I can’t actually work in, having been led to believe it was pretty much access all areas with an abundance of work.

The Sng gives me an opportunity to work for them and it is easy book on quick nurse very quickly.

I enjoy working for Scottish nursing guild when I can do shifts.

The entire team at SNG, are very sensible, caring and kind. Everyone here does their work with passion.

I have worked with the guild now for many years and they are an excellent agency to work for. Supportive and I feel valued all the time. Excellent rates of our which reflect how valued you are. I would encourage anyone thinking about joining a nurse agency to contact the Scottish nursing guild.

I have worked for the guild for at least ten years, they are the best agency I have worked for. They are my only employer and make sure I am up to date with all my training. They allow me to work when I want which is great and fits in with my life. I would highly recommend them as a first class employer and care provider.

I have worked with the scottish nursing guild since 2014, the company offer great pay , prizes for doing certain shifts , chance to win a grand for working extra shifts , great training courses even during the pandemic e learning courses have been available , totally proffesional staff nurses and hca ,s . I have never been happier in my job as a hca full marks sng

Very friendly and nice to work with guid..

Once I was able to work (after the application stage) things were so quick and easy. An app is available to book shifts at your leisure and payment is always quick. Staff are so lovely too if you ever need anything.

SNG offer a wide range of nursing shifts. Very easy to navigate Quick Nurse and easy to access help and support if required.
