The SNG are a great company to work for, they are there for you 24/7, you get paid on time and great rates. You get up to date training, get your Nmc paid, other great benefits, get a nice pension. I’ve worked with them full time over the last year and it was the best decision I made.

Setting up process was so easy, letting me see each step as it was approved so I had an idea of when I could start working. Booking shifts is so easy and the team are so helpful with any queries! Pay rates are great, highly recommend to any nurse thinking of joining!

Left my substantial post in NHS to work with the nursing guild for a planned 6 months to gain some experience in other trusts and areas, that was 8 years ago.
Always had enough shifts to keep me going and felt looked after. Call centre staff always help when they can and what they don’t know they find someone who does.
The app is a huge plus for me, being able to pick when and where I work is a definite benefit.
The main benefit for me I have to say is because I have a young family I am able to be there whenever needed for my family and to be there the important milestone in my sons life oh and having every Xmas off lol

available and up to date and good rates of pay. Anyone can come and join and enjoy Nursing.

I left my nhs job 1 & a half years ago to work with SNG full time. Since then I have always had a a great choice of shifts for the department I specialise In. It is flexible for me and my family and the pressure of the waiting for the monthly pay now isn’t an issue as pay days are every few days with SNG giving me and my family much more flexiblity.
