Took the online course with NTSI
Took the online course with NTSI. It was intense but not difficult if you read all the material. The test gives you all the time you need to complete. If you fail one of the tests, you can take it over or, take a look at the correct answers to see what you did wrong. That is very helpful. I really learned a lot and will definitely improve my attitude when out there among other drivers. Good job NTSI

Excruciating but Effective
Arrived with low expectations and this met them - graphics are dark and fuzzy and reminiscent of a middle school film strip. Content is already boring, but the writer managed to make it even more soporific. Paid for audio, not realizing that it was just monotoned AI reading it for you. However, the important stuff worked. Sign up was quick, and the website bug - free.... until it came to accessing certificate. Even though you enter the citation number as part of the sign up, the number "couldn't be located" and I had to go through customer service to get the certificate needed for credit. On the positive side, they contacted me to say they couldn't locate the number, so at least it was being monitored. Would have added a star had that been seamless.

Customer Service Over the Phone is Key
Customer Service over the phone is what kept me moving forward. It took a while to determine the relevant information from a letter from FLHSMV concerning an out of state moving violation which referenced a different citation number. Dianne walked me through the registration process and was very helpful. I liked having the ability to review the material on successive days and to be able to review specific modules before taking the exam with success on the first try. Thank you for a well structured presentation.

My experience with defensive driving course
Great test touches on ever subject On defensive driving I like the fact that it doesn't have voice recognition you just have to call and get a pin or if you have a cell phone they'll text it to you
I would Recommend to anyone who wants to take a defensive driving course Do not take from the other ones

Took the online course with NTSI. It was very seamless and comprehensive. Well detailed even to the minute things and due to my workload at work, I was able to space it as convenient for me and finished within a week. I’m glad I didn’t have to deal with the pressure of completing the course within hours. Very convenient especially if you have great workload

Not a nightmare...
I had never had to go to traffic school before and was a bit nervous, but no need to worry. The people I talked to on the phone were very nice and helpful. The class was quite long, but very informative and concise. I was able to start and stop when needed so was able to do the class over a few days time. I learned some things I had not known and never considered. It has made a difference in my driving. All-in-all, it was a good experience.

Takeing this course was the best learning situation
I was allowed to take this course to keep my driving record clean after a citation was issued to me. I am glad I did take the course. NTSI has put a tremendous amount of thought, and precision planning of the structure and the correct information in a format that helps anyone taking the course learn the positive information and attitude needed to improve your ability to be a much safer driver after completing the course.
A fantastic amount of information is given in this course, and all of it is helpful. This information is formatted in a manner that allows anyone to ingest all of it and learn.
