Extremely frustrating experience. I completed the entire course as required, yet they claim it was not recorded due to “technical issues” on my end—despite my browser being updated, cookies enabled, no VPN, and default security settings. I was only informed of the problem after contacting support myself. Now I’m being asked to redo the entire course, wasting hours of my time, with no guarantee it won’t happen again. Poor system reliability and even worse customer support. Avoid if possible.

I had a great experience taking this online pre-licensing course! The lessons were clear, easy to understand, and well organized. I really liked that I could study at my own pace and review sections whenever I needed to. The videos and quizzes made learning the rules of the road simple and even enjoyable. Overall, it was super convenient, informative, and a great way to get ready for my road test. Highly recommend this course to anyone preparing for their driver’s license!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I signed up and paid. Now it wants me to pay $45 for a one month subscription to start the course. I will be contacting for a refund but I’m not getting my hopes up.

Complete scam. Just like everyone else, I left my laptop idle. This triggered the verification process and I was locked out of my account forever. When I called they told me there was nothing I could do and I needed to pay 9.99$ and start from the beginning.

DO NOT USE this company, find another.

Completed two hours and left my laptop to do something. Came back and passed my identification questions but failed the key stroke test. The key stroke test is honestly ridiculous because the questions is enough for verification. My account was permanently removed and I'm trying to get in contact with them, but based on the other person's post I don't think they will do anything. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother signing up. It's a scam, you have to pay to get your account back and most likely start over. I also had issues starting initially because i created the account on my phone but enrolled on my computer and because of that it denied me access to the course even after I had paid. I had to call them to request a refund before they told me to create a new account only for this to happen.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-- unless you want to waste hours of your time and money.

1. The website is poor quality. Pages don't load properly or take forever to load. 2. The mandatory lesson times are for a <5th grade reading level-- it takes so much longer to move through the course than necessary. 3. The identity questions are terrible, it would be very easy to answer differently unless you wrote everything down, and get locked out permanently. 4. Most importantly: it is VERY easy to accidentally trigger their zero-tolerance lock-out policy that voids the entire course-- even after HOURS of work. If you navigate away from your browser and miss the short window to answer security questions, as I did after completing 2 hours of lessons and quizzes, instead of asking if you're still there and auto-logging out in response to blank responses, the website will disable your account PERMANENTLY and your payment and work will be lost. Customer service will not help you get back in under any circumstances, even as a first-time error courtesy. These predators are more than happy to take your money and time for zero results. It's to the point where I've literally had to contact my local representatives to try to intervene. There are lots of other options out there-- don't go with these guys.
