Terrible customer service and systems
Customer service is spectacularly lacking in NS&I. There is an AI chat bot that can’t help with anything and if you phone to sort out an issue your connected to a speaking AI robot which cannot help either. After 5 minutes waiting for a human, we spoke for 10 seconds but then the call was disconnected. Trying the app, there’s nothing useful there other than a balance, which only leaves the website: a two factor message wasn’t sent for the first eight times I tried to connect, and once logon is achieved the connection is disconnected because, according to NS&I I used the back button or there was a connection problem, both of which are lies. Your automated services are a joke - other banks can do it, it’s time you picked your sock up.

When I called to request for some money to be transferred to me, the guy was so helpful and friendly. He also gave me the option to get the money after the next draw which was in 2 weeks time. So I did. Keep up the Good Work.
