Everything I experienced as an investor in Novacrest Investment Group, from the first phone call to just today has been a pure delight. Nixon P. , my initial contact and faithful adviser and conseirge about anything and everything... I can't say enough good things about him. Sincere, personable and genuinely in a "allow me to serve you and guide you through whatever you need" obvious vibe and attitude. Nixon...you're my main man! Much appreciation! They are good people doing honest and intelligent business. Bravo!

I invested in Novacrest on February 10, 2026 through my self directed IRA (SDIRA). I have not yet received an interest payment from Novacrest as the first payment is not due until May 1, 2026. I will update this review at a later date.

Things I like about the Novacrest investment:
- Great communication through the purchase thanks to Nixon Padilla. Setting up an investment through a SDIRA can be time consuming, but Novacrest interfaced with my SDIRA custodian, so it was fairly simple for me.
- Very good interest rate (I did the 5 year, 20%).
- My SDIRA custodian does not accept ACH deposits, so Novacrest committed to sending a check every quarter (very accommodating).
- When I invest in a company, I check every major player in the company on social media, on mycase.com to check for current lawsuits they are involved in, FINRA database if they have a brokers license to see if there are claims against them. Everyone I checked at Novacrest appears to be squeaky clean.
- Novacrest partners with Grass Creek Construction, which is a fairly large company, which should allow Novacrest to rapidly complete each build (time is money).

Things I do NOT like about the Novacrest investment:
- Novacrest does not allow automatic reinvestment. I would prefer to leave the interest in my Novacrest account and let them use it so it compounds quarterly. But Novacrest pays the interest quarterly to my SDIRA and can only be re-invested with Novacrest when the interest payments reach $25k (or when I add additional money to the interest payments to get to $25k).

I invested in Novacrest about 9 months ago. They have consistently paid on time each quarter and provided good communications with quarterly reports.

I recently made an investment with Novacrest. The process was very straightforward but more importantly, I never felt pressured to make the investment. Nixon was very informative, he answered all of my questions and concerns. I believe that the Novacrest investment strategy is solid. Although this is a new investment for me, I fully expect that Novacrest will deliver on their promises.

Nixon is a great specialist. He knows his stuff and is able to find the answer out if he doesn't. Very personable. Novacrest has given me the ability to increase my income so I only have to work part-time and I can spend additional time with my kids while they are in school. Very easy process.

Novacrest has been a great experience from the start. Completely transparent, the paperwork is straight forward to get started and the payments have been like clockwork. Highly recommended! If you are looking for a set it and forget it passive income opportunity, this is it.
