Have purchased gifts from Not Another Bunch Of Flowers multiple times now. If you are unsure of what to get someone ....NABOF have done the thinking of for you - lots of lovely thoughtful gift options which genuinely feel like someone who works there has hand picked for you to select. I really enjoyed browsing the different categories (someone going through cancer treatment, gifts for her/ him etc) and then building my own gift box - can throw a cocktail or bottle of bubbly in, cosy socks, choccies and really feel like you have made a special gift package to suit the recipient.
I recently made a purchase from a high street retailer and could not get hold of an actual person on the phone! It was so frustrating! Totally different story when I had to get in touch with Not Another Bunch of Flowers because I needed to make sure of the delivery date. I spoke to a really nice lady who had already seen my order come through - I felt like my spend was valued and considered and that there was a real team of people at the core! I'm a big fan of this company and their ethos (they donate a portion of sales to charities) and I always rave about them and recommend them. You won't be disappointed! Keep up the good work!

Lovely experience with this company. A unique way of customising hampers and making it your own. Customer service was amazing and any issues faced were solved quickly. Really impressed with this clever shop specialising in cool gifts delivered quickly with loads of choice. FYI, a brilliant resource for people not living in UK who want to send pressies! We wanted something nice for a landmark birthday - ordered online from Ireland to someone in London. Process is super quick and easy and we were able to include a gift bag and personal message. We had one logistical query and it was responded to promptly.

Went to this site with high hopes to help me with a gift for a bereaved family. I spent time curating the perfect gift box - selecting my items thoughtfully given how sensitive the situation is. However, I couldn't complete my transaction as the site glitched and when I used the chat function, I was asked to input every item from scratch. I do not have time to waste duplicating effort and have had to take my business elsewhere. Such a shame.

I brought a care package box for a friend, last month. I wanted to make a small change to the order, this was no bother at all for Kate to do. Kate was an absolute pleasure to liaise with to get this sorted. The gift was everything promised and more, and my friend loved it. I would buy again from this company without hesitation. This is a fantastic place to go if you don’t know what to get someone. I used it for a teenage birthday gift pack and it was very much appreciated. A family member used it to send a gift pack to a friend in hospital, again very much appreciated. Thoughtful, excellent customer service and communication, top quality products, will definitely use again.

This is a great resource when buying more thoughtful gifts for people. I have purchased for people undergoing therapy and each time the gifts were well received and complimented. Especially the Queasy range.
