This company clearly cares about it's customer service and customer satisfaction. It has been very refreshing to deal with a quick, efficient and friendly team - no chats or AI - real life people!

The whole online process of choosing gifts was straightforward with a great variety of items to select. The gift was going to a client for a new born in the family and it was lovely to see items available for the little one, the parents and the family as a whole. Selection process was easy as was choosing gift boxes and packaging, if required.

I had a problem with the delivery address which was dealt with promptly by Kate who then followed up to ensure everything was in order. The package was then put together and sent out the same day.

The courier service and Royal Mail selected by NotAnotherBunchofFlowers worked hard to deliver the gift in good time and I received regular communication with updates and tracking information. This order was placed on Friday for delivery to Ireland and arrived mid-morning on Monday.

I will be recommending this company to friends and family for both the novelty of having an alternative array of gifts to choose as well as knowing there is a caring team behind it all! Thank you for a seamless transaction.

I stumbled across this website whilst looking for a gift for my friend’s 40th birthday. I bought a gift box but had already purchased some gifts so messaged the company to ensure a box big enough to add in the gifts I’d already bought. They absolutely delivered and my friend was ecstatic with her gift box. Next time I will start here first because the range of gifts to put in the box are wide ranging and great quality. 100% would recommend this company. Easy to use website, premium quality products, quick and reliable delivery. The recipient (who is always hard to please), still gushes about her gifts months later.

The last time I ordered, I used the wrong delivery post code. I emailed the company to ask if this can be changed, within 5 minutes I had a lovely reply from Leisha, reassuring me that this had been updated.

Such a wide range of products to add to a care package! It was actually so hard to choose. Everything was well priced and things that I would have bought if I'd have had to go shopping.... It made the whole gifting experience so easy and any issues I had were dealt with very promptly via email with the lovely Leisha. (would have been nice to be able to talk to someone on the phone though....but only email contact)

Fantastic service, I have previously ordered 3 sets of get well boxes for kids and they all loved them. Its different and unique. I ordered a hamper for my daughter at uni. It was so nice to be able to choose what to put in the hamper as she is so particular, amd they have so many nice things to chose from.
The package went out almost immediately and it really cheered her up.

Delivery was quick. There were quite a few items available for lots of different tastes and the options between ready-made or custom made boxes were incredibly satisfying.
