BUYER BEWARE!! We saw a car we liked on the website and paid £100 deposit on it to reserve it. As we were struggling without transport our daughter had to help us. We went to view it the same day and was told it had gone for its MOT. Another 3 weeks later we kept phoning getting fobbed off saying it needed an air bag fixing, ramp at garage broken and then finally was told it needed a new cam belt. Eventually because we never even got to see the car we said we no longer want it and decided to ask for deposit back. Salesman told us it was non refundable and he had spent money on the car. We got in touch with our bank and even phoned them from the bank to try and get deposit back and reported it as fraud /scam. Our bank has kindly refunded us the money in the meantime but could take us up to 8 to 12 weeks. If no joy then going to trading standard/ombudsman.

Found nwtc from social media 3 yr warranty seemed like they rated their cars and having had a bad experience recently thought I’d take a look.
Nathan answered my call and seemed genuine and that he was honestly answering my question no hesitation. So I paid a deposit to hold the car I liked until I could view it 3 days later.
Nathan rang me the following day and told me about other nationwide warranty to give me even more peace of mind and to give me time to think about it before I viewed it in 2 days. Told me he wouldn’t be working on Sunday but he’d hand over my care and details of all our discussions to Jake. On the morning I was due to view Nathan rang to ask what time I planned to be in that despite it being his day off he would meet me to view the car.
When do you ever receive that kind of service and attention.
But it got better when I arrived and asked if I could test drive it was no problem. I loved that Nathan trusted me and allowed me to drive without a member of staff so I could really test the handling.
I loved the car which had been fully prepared for me and cleaned ready to go. I bought it. No pressure no questions other than a reassuring “as long as your sure there is no rush here”

After he had sorted out the tax and I had sorted my insurance I was handed the keys. Nathan saw me to the car then jumped in his vehicle and waved goodbye - 2 hours out of his day. Above and beyond I’d say - wouldn’t you?
I drove an hour and a half home in my new car and loved every second of it - I’m so happy.

Wow. We were dealt with by Haider who made the whole collection process a pleasant and easy experience. From going through the car with us to informing the finance company of collection. Following a quick test drive to confirm everything was in order he even went online and sorted all the online tax for us. Nearly 400 cars on site plenty of choice and all cars are spotlessly clean and tidy. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. A very happy customer.
